Sam's a great guy and offered to come and meet me at a local event which made picking up the bike super easy, but really the bike is incredible and he takes good care to make sure people are getting what they are paying for, would recommend.

I have just had the pleasure of buying a Cannondale Trigger Lefty from Suprememtb, a bike I've always wanted and now own. The guys at Suprememtb are Brilliant 👌, everything Sam told me about the bike was spot on regarding specification and technical knowledge.
Sam was an absolute pleasure to deal with and offered future help with anything I needed for my bike etc.

The service was 5 star! Videos were sent to view our bike before purchase and communication was always quick. We received our bike by courier on the date selected and was extremely happy with the product. Will use Suprememtb in the future and recommend to our friends!

Very professional service. Web site and bike description were very good. A couple of faults were missed in the description which would have been nice to have been informed of, but I know when buying second hand there is always going to "not new" issues. Overall happy with the purchase and the price.

Sam communicated brilliantly, very fast response. Bike was exactly as described. Not very much haggling, but in all fairness the priced are on the low side for what you get, so no real need to haggle.

Sam was great. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. The bike was shipped and arrived exactly when he said it would (2 days after the purchase).

A pleasure to purchase from Sam. Communication was constant and quashed any apprehension to concerns I had. The product was great and looking forward to my first ride. Delivery was shorth and sharp too. Couriered on the Tuesday and arrived on the Thursday, fully tracked.

Purchased a bike from supreme mtb a couple weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier. The bike is in mint condition as advertised.

Overall great service. Very flexible on collection date/time and even let me collect on a bank holiday!

Sam is very knowledgeable and clearly has a lot of experience. He gave me some pointers and helped me set up my suspension so that I could hit the trails straight away.

Would recommend to anyone that wants to take the faff out of buying a used bike.

Great selection of second had bikes. Attention to detail when serving bikes for resale is superb. Really knowledgeable about what bikes are best for your riding and had a range of bikes in a similar price range providing plenty of choice.

It was nice to know all bikes are background checked with police records to make sure nothing your buying has been stolen!
