Revolut Premium insurance. Giving insurance a bad name.
I had to interact with this company as they provide the travel insurance on the Revolut Premium. I had simple coverage questions via email and it was very difficult. The agent kept sending wrong links to view documents and providing incorrect answers. He made some effort to get me the required documents, but it was like pulling teeth. I do not trust this company for insurance. If it's hard to get clear answers before buying, how are they going to treat me in a claim?
