Worse company ever . Didn’t turn up 3 times and no phone call !! Then turned up twice with no part or wrong part. Customer service just pass the buck and tells lies . Google star rating very poor and says just what a rubbish company they are xx

Sureserve are a joke, they give you dates when they are meant to come out, then break it so your left sittng around , when you phone to complain they talk to you like a child and slam the phone down on you. Absolute joke ,im fuming with always having to run around after them , if they change the dates I wish they would let us know so we're not wasting a whole day waiting ,disgusting, ive sent an email to sureserve showing the date they should of been out so we will see what happens next

I was visited yesterday at OX10 7NY due to my boiler tripping my electrics. Milon called me to say he was on his way. He quickly identified the problem ordered the part and came back today, again calling to say he was on his way, fitted the part and everything is working well. He was very friendly and professional. He left everything as he found it and was respectful in my home.

If you live in a council property, they will give you the runaround put you through to one person. They won't pick up and you'll go over this again and again. They don't respect Council clients. (this has happened to me or more than 3 occasions.) the reason why I'm calling them is because the original work that they have carried out has always been Shorty and poorly executed needed someone to come and sort the problem out.

Had my smart meters changed this morning, very prompt and professional service from start to finish . I received a phone call from the engineer before he arrived and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable explaining what he was going to be doing and how he was going to do it. He explained how things worked and made sure I understood it. He is a credit to the company (Chris Wemyss) excellent job 5 ***** thank you

Dominic was our engineer to install our Smart Meter today. He called the night before to inform us he what time he would be with us. He was very polite and professional and explained everything to us including our energy usage and how to save energy. Once we were happy he left everything clean and tidy. Extremely pleased. James Forde contacted me to attend my home and fit a new valve etc for my gas meter so it could be used via the Smart Meter which was installed in October 2024.
He contacted me first thing in the morning with a whats app message and a phone call nd arrived on time and informed me he was waiting on a part which would cause a slight delay. The work was done professionally and he took the time to explain the whole process from start to finish. He then explained to me how to use the display with both now Gas and Electricity to see my usage etc. James was very friendly and easy going and was very patient with my questions. His work was first class- very tidy even although throughout his work it was raining on/off. He has a very easy manner and very approachable which I like. The job was done to a high standard and he told me exactly how long it would take and kept me informed as the work progressed. I cannot complain on any aspects of his work and it was a pleasure to deal with someone so helpful and courteous with excellent customer skills.

Awful,unreliable and the worst. I deleted my previous review as I had a call saying the company would be out today..well no one came.(my housing assoc use this company) Ongoing problems since March with leaking radiators..low boiler pressure now...no heating. No communication from them ...appts made that they dont keep...so now I am definitely going down the legal route as theres been no satisfactory outcome
