I'm so glad I engaged Dean to do a pre-completion snagging survey on my Mum's new build house. He identified numerous issues, both cosmetic and relating to build quality, most of which I would definitely have missed myself. His report arrived the same evening that the survey took place, and gave me confidence to ask the developers to rectify far more issues than I would have otherwise done. They have agreed to fix all the issues raised. In addition, he identified a couple of more serious matters that I now have the ammunition for in order to get them sorted too. Dean was very approachable and was happy to chat through some of the issues on the phone. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or to use again in the future.

Contacted Dean for a pre completion snag quote, he was on holiday at the time but responded very quickly, it was a bit last minute but he was able to book in for the date we asked for which was within a week! Furthermore, he produced his report and findings professionally and quickly!

I called SureSnag 360 after reading the reviews on here.
I spoke to Dean on Thursday explained my situation was really urgent as I'd only found out that day I would be exchanging and completing within the week. Even though he was fully booked he offered to carry out a snagging survey for me on the Saturday.
The report was excellent very in-depth and the photos very clearly showed what issues would need addressing. They also enable me to check the work has been done as I can compare before/after. As promised the survey arrived in my inbox later on the day it was carried out.
Please don't listen to those who say it's unnecessary to have a snagging survey carried out on a new house. Dean uncovered a number of issues I would never have come across until it was too late. He was happy to discuss anything I was worried about and answer any questions.
I cannot recommend him highly enough worth every penny and the peace of mind it gave me is priceless

Dean has been very through in delivering an extensive snagging report for new build I purchased. It has been a pleasure working with Dean for the advice and support he has given me through the process and expectations of how best to deal with builders on defects encountered within the property.

Only negative comment would be that the snagging report is too big to send to builder and I have had to arrange for compression of the file before sending via email.

Dean was excellent throughout the snagging process for my new build. He was professional, thorough, and completely focused on protecting my interests. Despite facing a few obstacles, he handled everything with resilience and integrity. His work ethic, open communication, and attention to detail gave me total peace of mind. We were nervous about buying a new build after having a bad experience in the past so knew we wanted to have a comprehensive snagging report done.

Dean was excellent from the moment we first contacted him. He had a lot of time for all of our questions about how the process works and was even willing to give us advice about our situation given the fact that the developers had gone into administration. We had multiple phone calls with Dean before the snagging.

On the day Dean turned up on time and spent most of the day completing our snagging. The report was very comprehensive with pictures showing all of the issues and again Dean was willing to spend time answering our questions and explaining what the issues were that he had included in the report.

Afterwards we received the report on the same day in the evening and when we got a response from the seller, we had questions for Dean on some of their answers to the snags that Dean had raised. Again Dean was willing to spend time going through these with us and answered all of our questions.

We could not recommend Dean highly enough and we will certainly use him again for any future house purchases we make. Thank you for your help Dean.

Dean was highly personable and professional in handling our post completion snagging survey. We were able to book our survey in a timely manner with ease, with Dean liaising directly with the estate agents to organise access. Dean's report was providing on the same day as the survey and was thorough and easy to understand. Further to the report, Dean made himself available for a call to walk us through the report and provide further context to the issues identified. I cannot recommend Dean more highly. Called him on Monday in need of a full building survey on our new purchase, under some time pressure. He moved things around to do the survey on Thursday (3 days later than my call). I received a phone call 7pm on Thursday to talk me through the gist of the report, and the full written version was in my inbox this morning - Saturday - 36 hours after the survey. So I had my report less than a week after initially reaching out.
Dean moved mountains to help and was thoroughly pleasant and friendly to deal with. Very knowledgeable, asked more questions than the 3 other companies I spoke to combined, before quoting. Reasonable price too. Highly recommend using Dean @suresnag360 you won’t regret it!

Dean was very responsive in initiating contact after my initial query and extremely accommodating in availability. He was very knowledgeable across the spectrum and performed a thorough review of my requirements, costs and expectations before initiating the survey. Excellent professional service highly recommended.
You hear horror stories about surveyors doing a bad job and charging the earth, not so with Dean everything was explained and in fine detail found issues we wouldn't have know about thus saving us a lot of money.

Great service when buying our new house. They went through everything in detail and answered the additional queries we had. We were able to buy our house in confidence knowing that Suresnag360 had been rigorous with checking for any issues.
