This is the first time I have used Sure Thing. Their website is easy to use, their Terms and Conditions easy to understand. They were competitive on price and allowed you to make final additional adjustments to your cover which described in detail what these offered. Quick to answer their phones and helpful staff.

This is my second year with Sure Thing and hope it will be 3 next year. My renewal price was great for what I am getting and the service is fantastic.

Unimpressed with this company. I had my catalytic converter stolen whilst I was at work the Friday of Easter weekend. I reported the incident STRAIGHT away to out of hours as I was at work . I was told that only a hand full of there garages were open under the current circumstances. I was supposedly booked In with a garage. They told me they hadn’t received my details when I spoke to them and that they’d been closed for 5 weeks. I was then told they wouldn’t be able to repair my car. I was then booked in with another garage. They told me they thought my car had been given to another garage and then I got another call saying they hadn’t received my details. . I’ve now decided to go with a local garage of my own choice but after three days , it’s gone quiet. I’ve been on the phone to them literally every week following the job up, I’ve had no correspondences or anything. This is the first time I’ve had to claim on my insurance and I’m very unimpressed . Admittedly everyone is on lock down which shouldn’t really be an excuse .

Insuring was easy I got everything I needed and was offered additional insurance on things I didn't know I could get. When I rang customer service to ask questions they couldn't have been any more helpful. I'm pretty sure the insurance cover I now have is a SURE THING.

It's my 4th year now with Surething so "the price is right" and that's what matters

One of the best and a good price.

Used this company before and when renewing again they came up trumps with a very competitive quote for car insurance. Firm/staff are friendly, efficient and supportive. Advice and guidance on policy and payments was clear and concise. Would recommend if this pops up on your insurance quotes to give them a try.

I had a email about an excess policy to insure in the event of a accident. If I insured I wouldn't lose my excess. It was a 25% off deal. I tried to purchase never managed this. Not seen the offer since
