Very good initial quote but beware, they will go to great lengths to find a reason to 'amend' your premiums.
I am going to the ombudsman with my case and would recommend others do the same.

Avoid. Insured my A5 with them in January, changed my car to Q5 in August and was charged 150 extra to do that. Then tried to add 36 year old son (with no points or claims history) to policy in Sept, but refused, no reason. So cancelled and bought new policy with Admiral for more or less the same price as their January price. They suck you in with a low initial price but after that beware. Hopefully Admiral won't do the same but as we know most insurance companies are dodgy.

Awful service - taken two deposit payments system crashed they still have not refunded my money this is over a week ago!! I’ve raised complaint no response!! Sent emails! Avoid like the plague terrible service!

Paid for my insurance upfront. Brought a new number plate and called up to change it. Admin charge of £30!!!! Absolutely disgusting, £30 for pressing a button!!!! Didn’t even get charged that from DVLA. Will not be using them again, great customer care NOT

Took out a car insurance policy for my wife in February £215.14, (Good Price) but come to change her car yesterday. I phoned Sure Thing in advance explaining our plan to buy a new car that day and change the policy over. The helpful guy said, that would be fine, just ring with the new Registration number when we knew it. We did the deal later that day and phoned to change the details. After a very long wait, then being hung up on, the lady told me the company they had insured me with, wouldn't insure the new car (similar car) so they would have to insure me from that day, on a new policy. This meant I was effectively cancelling my policy, £60 cancelation fee, so I was getting very little money back to help pay for a brand new policy I could ill afford after paying for the new car, the best they price they could do was over £500. I refused and later got the same policy from AA for £294.
I told them they would never get my business again.
Seems like looking at their reviews, beware of trying to change anything within their insurance period, or like me, don't use them ?

These are a broker not a insurance company don’t be fooled!!! Took out insurance with these paid in full for the year Put a private number plate on the car and then they couldn’t cover the car due to this...!! What a absolute joke!! Never heard so much nonsense in my life!! They I had no alternative to cancel the policy and they take £30 cancellation fee with out me knowing... AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Shocking!!! Good luck trying to get through on the phone!!

So easy to use with no hassle, and a sensibly priced insurance company, the only thing I would say I don't like is the charges you incur when you make changes for admin and I personally think no one should charge for changes.
