My first experience in Canada…
This was my first experience in Canada using an insurance broker, and I was introduced to Surex through Primerica. The process was clear and well organized, with most of the communication handled through phone calls and email.
I had a positive experience working with Erich Rother, who explained the insurance options clearly, answered my questions patiently, and followed up by email when needed. As a first-time car owner and first-time insured driver in Canada, this guidance was very helpful. Now, my policy has been active for about one month so far.

Erich was the best!
- I started shopping around and connected with Erich. I replied on email saying I wasn’t prepared to move forward with the vehicle. He was still very professional and very helpful. Suggested I reach out if I changed my mind. His response time is unmatched! His first impression really is what convinced me to consider him first when I did decide on a vehicle. He took care to answer all of my questions and was clear on the information he needed from me to build the quote. I Would 110% suggest him to anyone looking for insurance. He helped me get insurance very efficiently and was so helpful !
