Hi Irene,

We can only apologise and confirm that money was refunded in July 2022. But we totally appreciate that we were at fault.

As a company we can only employee people, train them and hope that they follow protocol. As a small company we do not have the financial means to employ people to check simple tasks. However we are trying to resolve all the issues our company has faced, and battling through covid pandemic. We were a company that was very hard hit, and are still recovering to this day.

Apologies again. and we hope that your business is blossoming.

If there was an option to give zero…

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. They took three months of money out of my account even though I cancelled with them and despite acknowledging that this was wrong and would be refunded to date months down the line I’ve only received one months refund and am constantly told the rest is pending. They then pretended the WhatsApp number I have is for a ten year old despite having their voicemail and being the number they called me from. Please avoid this fraudulent company.

Hi Katie,

We can confirm that only one additional payment was taken and this was because of your 30 day notice in which another payment maybe due and taken.

You also did a chargeback for 5 payments, which you have won. However we have no evidence or recollection through call recordings of you actually cancelling.

You were requested to send in your cancellation via email, which you did, whereby according to the terms an additional payment was due and taken ( according to the terms that you signed for).

Now we appreciate people don't read the terms, We also have found that you did a chargeback for all payments accept one. Now these 5 chargebacks were done after you received a service from us including monthly reports for your monthly google ads campaign.

just to confirm your chargebacks were on 8th of February 2023 and you were refunded roughly £179 x 5. which yes did land in your account. So in terms of this review claiming to have only received one months payment is blatantly mis leading and you have no evidence for this, whilst we have the evidence.

We have now reviewed everything and have managed to put a good case together to recover money that you owe to us. In short for those 5 monthly payments which you actually say you cancelled but cant find any evidence of this accept an email we received on January the 12th 2023 at 1.16pm.

So now that we can verify this review as being somewhat inaccurate we can move on.

We will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

As it stands you have received your 3rd letter for payment, and our next step would be to go to court, any additional costs will be added to your outstanding balance.

Thank you for your time
