Worst customer service! I ordered a product and waited ages for it to be delivered only for it to be the wrong item in the box...something I didn’t order. I ordered a Ladies Robie and received a mans coat! I have emailed both the Ireland and UK (I’m in Ireland) customer service numerous times and calls all numbers listed in their websites which are all disconnected. I am very disappointed as the item was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
Would strongly advice to steer clear of this company.

Help! Where is my order
I placed an order in 4/12 and have had absolutely no communication since!
I needed some of my order for Christmas presents this weekend and though I had ordered in plenty time. Original order email said they would be delivered by 16th December.
I’ve tried to call but can’t spend over an hour on the phone waiting for someone to answer.
No reply from chat option either.

Awful service! The Christmas presents I have bought and paid for have not arrived, yet Surfdome says they have. I have sent two emails and tried to phone several times (an hour on hold) then cuts off. No communication and no delivery. Please sort it out!!! The live chat seems invisible as well. Missing order, no communication! Poor service!
I placed an order for a Christmas present on 01/12 had absolutely no communication from surfdome since this, I emailed a week later with no reply, I then called on 11/12 waited 45 minutes to speak to someone who told me one of my items was out of stock so they said they would cancel the item and send the other immediately and I would receive an email and refund. I have no email again, I have no idea what’s happening with my order, the item is a Christmas present and at this rate it isn’t going to arrive! It’s appalling service from surfdome, you’ve taken my money and 2 weeks later I’m still without any items and no communications or explanations. I shouldn’t have to take the time to waste another 45mins trying to call and chase my item! NOT GOOD ENOUGH SURFDOME!
I don’t know what’s happened to this company cos never had an issue in the past!

Waited two weeks now for my order
Waited two weeks now for my order. No reply from emails, can’t see anyway of using the chat, it’s invisible! I tried phoning today and was 12th in the queue. I was I that queue for four hours! Only to have the phone disconnected when I was 1st in the queue.
I’m so angry, awful service and would NEVER recommend anyone to shop with this company. I have no idea how I’m going to get a refund if there’s no way of contacting this dreadful company.

Order missing
My order placed on 27th November is showing as despatched but it still hasn't arrived. Have emailed no response same as everyone else and tried calling yesterday but gave up after holding for 45 minutes. There is no way to reach this company, the customer service is shocking, this is less than ideal before Christmas!! There is also a suggestion that there is a live chat service but this doesn't seem to be available either!! No way to run a business!!!

Really poor customer service
Placed order for mens North face boots on 30/10. Received mens Ugg’s slippers in error. After contacting customer service team returned 11/11 for refund. Have not yet received this. I have emailed twice in last 10 days with no response, have tried numerous times to call but cannot get through (even after holding for over an hour). This is very poor service for an error made by Surfdome!!!! Even worse boots were purchased as a birthday gift and then out of stock!

The tracking is showing Hermes has it however has not been updated since the 26/11

Not very happy with the customer service, i ordered a coat on the 12th november when i go to track item it says please contact us regarding your item, however when i ring up i get the first in the que and the call just ends

Definition of trash = this website
The shittest website I have ever used in my life. My parcel has still been in transit for no reason for 11 days and still going. I also used the LiveChat on this website and they told me to wait and will update me once receive any response but until now I'm still haven't received any info. Really disappointed with the service.

Absolutely horrendous customer service.
When i paid for the items on their website i never got an order confirmation email and had to message them to request one.
I then organise my return on 11th October, and I hear nothing.
I sent them an email on 27th October asking what happened to my return - i got no reply.
I then went onto their website and sent another message on 7th Nov asking where is my return and they respond back telling me they dont where it is and they havent processed it.
Its now 11th Nov, 1 month after i sent my return and nothing has been resolved.
Their service is extremely poor, unprofessional and disappointing and not the way any retailer should treat customers.
Will not be buying from this website again.

I have always used surfdome, and had no issue.
This time when I have an issue and want to return I product I cannot, because I never receive a confirmation email from the company that I have placed the order, hence I do not have an order ID to ask for refund.
Tried to call the number of costumer service online but not existent. Emailed several times but no answer.
Costumer Service nonexistent, totally not great. AVOID

Buying YOW Surfskate
I buy surfskate here and read review after I place my order. Kind a too late, because read few not happy customer feedback.
But to my surprise, they keep me update of my order and it reach me after 4 weeks. 1 week at my country custom department.
The packaging is proper and overall I'm a satisfied customer.
Their price is also lower compared to others.

Like other reviewers I wish I had read these reviews first.
Same issue as a few that I read here. I sent an item for return, 10 days later it still says with courier (the courier that surfdome told me to use). Contacted customer service. I got a generic response which was unhelpful. Still have no idea when I will get a refund. I was going to reorder (needed a different size) but their website says it’s quick to get a refund and reorder than wait for an exchange! How long does an exchange take if a refund takes 4 weeks and counting?!
