Zero stars!!!

Zero stars!!!! Horrendous experience.. still on hold after over 2 hours as desperate to return 2 pairs of wellies.. I need surfdome to confirm order number as e mails have been wiped….😩😩😩

There is no option for live chat as advertised and the e mail contact is a ridiculous q&a system that doesn’t get answered…. Surfdome please contact me with a link for urgent help.

I returned goods on Nov 29th and have…

I returned goods on Nov 29th and have still not received my refund. I have called only to be 24th in the queue, waited for 2 hours then hung up on, sent emails and nobody ever responds. The order number is 8041934. I have waited long enough for the refund to be processed. My next step is contacting my credit card.

Returned an expensive item and had…

Returned an expensive item and had confirmation of return. No refund as yet into my account 12 days later. Have tried ringing only to be told 24th in queue. Have emailed customer service - no response as yet

Had email stating the had my returns and would credit my account as a result of trust pilot review. 2 days later money is still not in my account

Next step trading standards if this is not resolved satisfactorily

I've been trying to contact this…

I've been trying to contact this company since December the 18th with no contact back at all, even with multiple attempts from my end, ai purchased some Carhartt cargo pants under two months ago and this zip has gone faulty already, all I want is a exchange or refund but its impossible to speak to anyone who works for this company, Horrendous customer service wouldn't purchase anything from here again.

Sent jacket back for a refund as too big and bought a smaller size it has been over 15 days with no contact and no refund really bad business as no communication from them at all.

Delivery Error

I ordered roller skates for my daughter’s Santa present. I was sent an email to say it was dispatched but then when I checked the tracking it seems to be sent back to Surfdome. I have no idea why, I have emailed them twice with no response and have tried calling them but gave up after holding for 30 minutes. UPDATE: Surfdome contacted me and offered a full refund which I accepted and has been lodged to my account.

Placed order on 8th December, said would be delivered by 17th December. Still hasn't arrived, tried to call was number 28 in queue and still number 28 after 20 mins !!!! Have also emailed but no reply !!!

Worst customer service ever.Took the…

Worst customer service ever.Took the money never delivered , no contact , no reply . Telephone queue 30 plus . Will probably take forever to get money back.
Do not do business with this lot.
Still no communication! I guess I will leave it up to the credit card company to get my money back.

I ordered a Rab Microlite jacket on…

I ordered a Rab Microlite jacket on Saturday the 11th of December. Was told it would be delivered on Tuesday 14th. It is now Monday 20th of December. Looking at all of the other reviews it looks like this company is an absolute disaster at present.

Like everyone else I have tried and failed to get through on the phone. No replies to emails. The cost of the jacket is £175 if starts to feel like you have been scammed!

When will my jacket be delivered???

Worst customer service ever

Maybe the worst customer service of any company I’ve ever used. I was sent a pair of boots that were damaged and clearly not new. They don’t reply to emails, don’t have a live chat (which they direct you to when you call) and keep you on hold for hours before ending the call before you get to speak to anyone. Avoid!

Only 1 surfboard received and Zero response from customer service

I have the exact same problem as everyone else. Ordered 2 surf boards. One arrived with holes in the box. The other says “being returned to Surfdome” on the DPD tracker. I’ve left 10 emails via the contact us and tried to ring over 20 times. Live chat won’t respond as it’s about delivery. DPD did their best to help but redirected me to Surfdome. Appreciate it’s a busy time of year but how can a company operate with zero customer service. Please please please get someone to contact me ASAP. These are Christmas presents from the Man in Red!
