Awful Customer Service
I ordered an XL hat and when it arrived the sticker said S/M and the label said XL. I asked customer services about this as the hat was too small when I tried it on and I wanted to know if I had the XL size or the S/M size. They responded with a generic one liner that they did not do exchanges and I should return it if I wanted a refund. I replied asking them to respond to the sizing query and they ghosted my next 3 emails. I will never buy from this company again.
Update: They contacted me and responded to the sizing query after this review but no apology in the customer service email and no help to me as I wouldn’t receive the new one before Xmas as I have to send it back first to get a refund.

Very unreliable
Ordered on the 9th of December , arrival was supposed to be on the 19th but they have not even dispatched the items and I am unable to track them online as it keeps giving an error message. Supposed to be for a trip on the 26th so extremely disappointed and won’t be using this website in the future.

There is literally no way to contact them directly - no phone call or live chat even though they claim so.
I can’t track my order it is not even giving me an option to…it appears they reply to these reviews as a ticking box exercise and don’t actually do anything about it

The parcel on tracking has not moved in over 2
days ans it’s the week before Christmas! i made contact again to be told they couldn’t locate it so i requested a refund as i want to but the products else where as they are for Christmas. they cut me off live chat. Day one i dealt with Miguel and today i dealt with Maria Teiwes. Their customer service and communication is deplorable. i want a full refund immediately

Overall Good Experience despite bad start
Updating my initial review. I've received a damaged surfboard, which I believe was mishandled by the carrier DPD. Laure from customer care was empathic, quick to arrange a collection and sent me a new one straight away which arrived quick and intact. If I had to give a constructive feedback, It sometimes takes a couple of days to get an answer from support which can be frustrating and I was only able to get a rep on the phone when I called right at your opening hours, if not I could wait an hour on the phone. You could use some extra customer care reps :) Good experience otherwise.

Received a new pair of rollerskates as I work for the local rollerdisco- they're really lovely aesthetic style and received lots of compliments.
These developed a fault on first time using and stitching has pulled apart leaving the inside padding around ankle exposed.
Sent an email to Surfdome customer service of which they have not responded to and I need a new pair of boots for work next week.
After reading some of these incredibly poor reviews I'm concerned warranty window will pass by and they avoid liability to refund faulty items!
Worried student, these were not cheap!!! 😔

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. Placed an order on 5.09.2022 and paid for express delivery. The item never arrived and despite contacting customer services multiple times, I still have not received a refund (today's date: 03.11.2022). Bar an initial reply to my requests for a refund (which they ignore), I receive no more follow-up messages and no refund either. Absolutely terrible service: do yourself a favour and order from somewhere else.

Fraudulent company! Do not use!!!
Fraudulent company! The sent me shoes that were supposed to be the real brand, but they fell apart after a week. When I tried to contact them, I just got generic "our customer support will contact you within 10 business days", but this never happens. They did, however, eventually (after two months) ask me to send them the shoes and pay for it myself. But given their complete inability to respond to requests, this is most likely part of the scam. Never use this company. They're a complete fraud and should be put in jail.

After reaching out to customer service
After reaching out to customer service, due to a delay in delivery, I was given a tracking number. I followed the tracking and it was marked as delivered. I sent 4 emails expressing that my order had definitely not been delivered with no response. I definitely will not be using Surfdome again not recommend it.

After ordering and paying for a Rab jacket on 12/9/22, having received an email stating that it would arrive by 22/9/22, speaking to customer services on 10/10/22 and being told that the jacket would be in stock in a couple of days and would be sent by express order….It now 29/10/22 and I still don’t have a jacket!!!! It was a 60th birthday present for a friend, her birthday now long gone! Now I find it impossible to speak to customer services. The original number no longer works and the other just keeps saying they are busy and to call back.
Now they have my money and I have no jacket for my friend…..absolutely disgusting! Do yourself a favour and order your products from a different provider.

Didn't get refund for my return despite providing proof of postage
I posted my parcel containing a coat which i wanted to return because it wasn't the right size.
I followed the return procedure, with the courier being ReBound. I posted the parcel via my local CollectPlus collection point and received email confirmation that my parcel had been received by CollectPlus.
A few days ago I contacted Surfdome customer support. They stated that they believed I had posted to them an item from Littlewoods by mistake. This is an impossibility because I have never bought anything from Littlewoods before. I explained this to Surfdome Customer service, and noted that there has obviously been a mix up with my parcel and another parcel.
Surfdome contacted the warehouse, and then got back to me explaining that if I would like a refund they would require a proof of postage receipt - there has obviously been a mix up at the warehouse and they don't know what has happened.
I have already provided Surfdome with the digital receipt I received from CollectPlus providing written confirmation that my Surfdome Parcel was received by CollectPlus, and provided further written confirmation from the courier Rebound that my parcel was received by them and successfully delivered back to Surfdome.
For some strange reason that hasnt been explained, Surfdome state that this isn't suffice, and that I must provide them with a copy of the paper receipt I would have received from my local CollectPlus shop when i posted the parcel on 27/09/2022. I no longer have this receipt.
I am now losing almost £70 because of Surfdome's mistake at their warehouse, despite the fact I have provided them with ample proof that my item was posted back to them.

I tried to add bluelight discount code but wouldn’t accept, contacted customer service, they replied saying they don’t think they do bluelight, I sent photos to prove they do with date stating ends March 2023, they replied saying they no longer do bluelight.
How quickly companies forget what the nhs staff did during covid and do on a daily basis.

ALL good, only one little thing bugged me, after I paid I got a mail saying one of the item wasn't available yet so i'll have to wait until t's back in the warehouse. This wasn't displayed on the item as I added it to the cart or before. Customer service was good and quick
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Still waiting for a school coat ordered on 23/8. Have emailed daily and taking days to reply. Have been promised 4 times that the coat will arrive the following day… but hasn’t. Coat was due before noon today but had a reply stating that unfortunately it will now have to be shipped from th EU as no longer in stock in the UK. No live chat or contact number available and my son is left without a coat.

Terrible! It’s the second time they sent an item in the wrong size so I’m not giving them another chance.
The second item was a wetsuit where they sent the wrong size and then tried to convince me that the sizing was Australian, it wasn’t it was US and I had accounted for that when ordering. I wanted a size 10 (UK) which should be labelled as an 8 (US) on the garment. They sent me a labelled size 12 (US). When trying to get a refund they tried convincing me that they were sized in Australian sizes when it clearly states on the product page they are US and clearly gives a sizing chart in US so you can make sure you’re ordering the correct UK size.
It took 4 phone calls to them to get my refund because of this. They outright lied to me.
