Returns impossible

Firstly ordered a short sleeve rash vest but received a long sleeve one as from what I can see they have uploaded the wrong pictures against the item code. I have then had to order the correct item which resulted in an extra delivery cost. Requested a returns code for the first order but no email came through and to top it off no-one is answering the phone in order to get this sorted. I spent over half hour on hold yesterday before having to get on with work and am now 20 minutes on hold so far today.

Surfdome - avoid

I have been waiting weeks for my order and no response - will it ever arrive? I’ve asked customer service and nothing. Meanwhile the newsletter keeps arriving each week. So frustrating!!

Buyer beware

Much as others have reported, the customer service is non-existent. I have raised two tickets as I am trying to returns several items and have not received a response to date. I have also been waiting three weeks for another item to arrive. I never write a review but have been so underwhelmed by this company that I felt moved to submit one. So please take note of the negative reviews - avoid this company.

Item Didn't Receive

Hey surfdome! I was email the customer service, they say that my item maybe will delivery 27-07-2022. But why when i check the tracking number they still at "scanned to container"? Why they did not move go to delivery place or something else?When i check tracking code (WCAN00019315) from courier wnDirect. The item was stuck in "scanned to container" for 11 days. I was frustrated that my item not receive yet. I hope you will resolve my problems. If I didn't receive my item, I hope you will refund my money back! Please email me asap! For me get the refund money if they didn't receive to me!

Absolutely diabolical customer service!

Absolutely diabolical customer service!! Pained me to give one star!
I purchased a rip curl GPS series 2 surf watch as a christmas gift for my fiancée in December 21.Unfortunately, he had nothing but issues with it from day 1.He was unable to sync the watch to the rip curl app as instructed, never able to track via gps his movement/surfs and unable to get live updates on swell/wind as instructed by manufacturers guidelines. All of the above functions were the reason for me purchasing this product. Turns out all of the above are common faults with this particular product, which is extremely infuriating given it’s from a well known brand!

Returned the watch in February and still await a refund! Disgusting! Avoid surfdome for any purchases.. most unhelpful company I’ve ever dealt with!

Dreadful service

Order done since 25/6 still not received goods, raised 2 queries regarding my missing package still no resolution and latest response from company was “sit tight and be patient” I think the fact that I am a full month waiting for goods is more than patient - company blaming courier but won’t do refund until query raised with courier is answered this is to take another 7 days. shocking online shopping experience and would advise not to shop on this site plenty of other reliable online retailers out there with far better customer service.

8th August still no sign of goods purchased and have asked for a refund but they won’t do that either blaming courier service shocking customer service do not purchase from this site plenty of much better sites out there.

Ordered a few items

Ordered a few items. A jumper I ordered came with the original price still attached of €23 I bought it on offer from the site for €43.
This is a scam as the offers are way over the real cost of the items.
The service is getting worse.

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. They do not reply to any emails. I have sent several in relation to my order that hasn't arrived. The courier they use (Fastway) are consistently just as awful. Will have to try to see if my bank will help me recover my money. Wouldn't advise using this retailer

Extremely poor customer service

Update- I've been back and forth with Arif from Surfdome. He keeps looking for the same information over and over which I've provided. Really feel like I'm getting the run around. Then I was asked to complete a survey asking me how satisfied I was. What a joke. I've never experienced such poor customer service.
Extremely poor customer service. I returned over €100 of clothes in middle of June and no sign of a refund. Contacted Fastway and their not taking responsibility. Contacted Surfdome and no response. Never had any problems before. Won't be ordering from surfdome again.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago. Payment was taken from my bank. No confirmation order email or number recieved, no record in order history, not recieved goods and customer service say they can not find any record of my order. I'm left £100 out of pocket and they are no longer responding.
