Awful

Awful. Cannot find paperwork ( my fault) so do not have an order number to return goods. Both phone numbers are unavailable. Tried to email customer services but you cannot send an email without the order number on it. I have tried everything I can think of but it appears that I will be selling these on ebay. I will say why I am selling them in the description so others will be aware.

Hi, Surfdome, you left me without a birthday present :(

Hi, on the 26th of May my partner ordered me a Roxy skateboard for my birthday, money were taken off the account straight away, no confirmation email was ever sent. Almost a month later - no delivery, so he reached out to your support to enquire about it and was told that the skateboard was sent to Columbia by accident and should we wish to wait for it to be sent back. We said we will buy it elsewhere, and would like a refund instead. As the wait was way longer than expected or described on your website. There was no answer for a while. My partner reached out again and was told that refund is not possible and we need to wait. Now it is like 6 weeks since the purchase. No money, no skateboard and no help. This is really bad service. We are regular customers of Surfdome and this is really bad experience, so it is disappointing. We want a resolution on this issue ASAP. I have reached out to you on FB and form on the website as well.

Disappointing company to deal with

My order was despatched on the 20th of June and still no sign of it, I have send 2 emails to find out what is happening with no reply, I have also called and held for over 20 minutes with no answer, I requested a call back and yes you got it no call back, it is beyond a joke I will never ordered anything for your company again, this was ordered as a gift for someone going on holidays and they have already left.

SURFDOME is a JOKERUBBISH

I am not a serial reviewer,but on this occasion potential customers need to be warned,please bare with me it's a little long,so I ordered the items on the 31st of May 2022, with a delivery date of anything up to ten days expected,I might just add I WAS a loyal customer since 2007 and up until recently I never had any major issues ordering, deliveries or returning items to surfdome,now well now is a lot different,its like night and day,a month since ordering still hadn't received my items,had to open a case with PayPal,as soon as I did Surfdone furnished a fictitious tracking number,which was tracking the international space station,certainly not my package,made contact with surfdone was fobbed off with the same old crap customers get from crappy companies,then I had the misfortune to interact with a customer service agent (customer service me ass) a guy called Greg,I'm 46 years of age and he felt it was OK to speak to me as if I was a child,absolutely the most unprofessional agent I've ever dealt with,about as useful as a waterproof teabag!but I degress,returning to the non delivery,so I got this magical tracking number after kicking up a stink,it linked to Landmark and then the courier partner Fastway,package couldn't be found on any of their sites,the surfdome site gives the impression that the goods are in and delivered from Ireland,however this isn't the case,all items come from UK,so I've since been refunded my money by PayPal,its definitely worth having an account,the long and short of it is this,STAY CLEAR of SURFDOME,Go to other sellers you might pay a couple of euro more but it'll be worth it,plus most companies returns are free not with surfdome and it is expensive,I WILL never ever purchase from this company again and will tell and warn all and anyone that asks,save your time and money and from a pain in the hole,buy elsewhere

So after my og review on here,surfdome requested further information,to which as you can see I provided,have a guess what happened?????
Absolutely nothing complete waste of time! I am thankful that I paid via my PayPal account,after setting a claim in motion and providing the evidence,I won my case and received a full refund!!! I fear for customers who purchase without PayPal or equivalent,that customer will be at a loss,surfdome sucks now as for customer service its non existent except for generic replies,I was willing to give them a chance to redeem themselves,but clearly they didn't,to date I still have had no package delivered it's now coming up on 6 weeks since original purchase,how many customers are at a loss because they didn't have PayPal account,

Customer Service - I wish I had read the reviews for this…

I wish I had read the reviews for this company prior to placing my order, because in all honesty, they are dire! From placement of order, I have had issues and I have still not received my order or had any successful communication from them. The current status is that they have updated my order, asking ME to contact THEM, which I have tried to do, but guess what, still no response 48 hours later. If you are considering placing an order with them, please don’t! Pay the little bit extra from a reputable on line company.

Poor. Made an online enquiry regarding returns which took 6 days to receive a response, so had to call them in the interim on their UK number as they don’t have an Irish number despite having an Irish domain name. Then my order didn’t get dispatched so after 2 weeks had to call the UK number again. Waiting on order now.

Disappointed !

I was disappointed that an incorrect item was sent. The similar item but size was wrong and not the brand i ordered. When i went to return from Ireland the cost of returns was same as the price of the item!!!!! I will not order again from surfdome. It says surfdome.ie but it not an Irish site!

I ordered sunglasses and two months…

I ordered sunglasses and two months later I have still not received them. I contacted customer care three times and they said on each occasion that they contacted the courier and awaiting a response. The won't give me my money back or offer an alternative solution!

The Reef fanning flip flops I ordered…

The Reef fanning flip flops I ordered are ridiculously tight on the instep, I will have blisters for sure trying to break them in, I did send an email to Surfdome asking had they any looser ones but didn’t hear back, so I am painfully trying to break these in and will prob have to try and get them stretched professionally! Disappointed with this product!

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service, I have never known anything so bad! I ordered a t shirt for next day delivery, never arrived, I have tried to reach out to customer service and guess what , no response!! Don’t even bother trying to call them, not unless you want to be on hold for 2 hours just to help the call disconnected on you!! So now I am £20 out of pocket with nothing to show for it and no way of getting a refund because Customer service ignore you!!

Update I finally got through to customer service who said they have sent me an email with some details I need to fill out to get a refund, guess what..it never arrived!!! Now I can’t get through again to speak with someone!!! Plus the person I spoke to on the phone sounded like he didn’t have a clue, kept just repeating that I had to fill out this form to get a refund!!
Appalling beyond belief, I have honestly never know anything like this!!
Update so someone did reach out to me and asked me to fill out a form which I did and emailed it back to them straight away, I haven’t heard anything since (5 days later) sent numerous emails and I am currently 38 minutes in on hold trying to get through to customer service! Sort it out surfdome this is terrible service!!
