I purchased a pair of shoes that didn't fit so I had to pay the return, after trying to reach this people still no reply in 2 weeks, I don't even know if they're going to reimburse, maybe the shop works great but client service is really bad, if you have any issue you're screwed.
I really recommend sharing your problems through Trustpilot, I think they take more care of their clients here, I think they should advise you to come here before because it can get a bit frustrating.

absolutely terrible. Shoes don't fit me (and they're definitely the size i usually wear). Couldn't get any kind of response at all from their customer service for weeks. Eventually have got an answer from them. Apparently they don't offer exchanges so I can't get a different size, I can only get a refund, for which i have to pay €14 shipping. I have so little faith in the idea that they'll even get around to issuing my refund that it's not worth risking the €14. Avoid this shower of thieving toerags like the plague.
** so i can effectively throw away 14 quid on nothing because your company won't offer the basic decency of a bigger size? Great, thanks. Clearly this is a tactic for grifting money out of people, any online retailer with integrity gives the option of just changing size

My only issue with Surfdome is that they use Fastway as a courier!

Made an order on the 27th May. Part of my order arrived but one item that was shipped separately had not been delivered. I sent 3 emails to the support team having had no response. I provided my order number here and had a response within a day saying they were contacting the carrier. My initial review gave 1 star but I thought it only right to update given that I received helpful communication from surfdome...eventually and also just received missing item. The initial support should have been provided sooner. Had this happened my review would have been altogether different. I will order again from surfdome as I have in the past perhaps with the more expensive delivery option.

Surfdome sent me the wrong surf…
Surfdome sent me the wrong surf skateboard and it turns out many customers run into the same situation. The worst is Surfdome didn't reply to those mails or make any move to solve these. I been writing for several days and still get no feedback.
At first I thought it happens only to Asian customers. Now I feel a little bit better because they do the same to domestic customers.

What happened to this company? It used to be great with super customer service…now the complete opposite.
Ordered a good few items & got my tracking code but the package is in limbo & can no longer get anyone to answer emails to get a refund. Have to say avoid them now as I will now having been a longtime customer.

I had the wrong items delivered.. the items i had asked for were out of stock. not only do i have to go and take the parcel to a drop point myself when i have no time at all i have to wait for my refund... this is pretty bad customer service.

Surfdome customer service is absolutely terrible. My order never arrived it’s been a month and I’m still trying to sort out this issue which is not my fault. Very poor response times and someone different replying to my email each time it’s like pass the parcel. No apologies and no compensation for my complete waste of time. Very frustrating to deal with would never recommend!

I made an order and as soon as I made the order I realized that I had ordered the incorrect size. I sent an email 4min later to explain this. Their policy is that if you email them within 15min of placing an order they can offer an exchange/refund.
Numerous emails to customer support even with photos of the email time stamped to no avail.
They say that they cannot find the email. I’ve offered to forward them the email but they are not interested.
Won’t be shopping there again

Terrible
Terrible. Gone downhill massively from how they used to be. Very slow delivery. Tracking system doesn't work. When calling customer service I was on for 93 minutes and still didn't get through.
So short sighted because if their delivery was better this review wouldn't get posted, plus they wouldn't have all the items returned to them because they didn't get here in time.

Placed order on 15/05/2022, by 26/05/2022 it hasn't arrived so I sat and waited on the phone for 30 minutes to speak to an advisor.
Order re sent and arrived next day, however part of the order is missing. Currently sat in another queue on the phone trying to sort.
I have used Surfdome multiple times previously with no issues, however judging by all the reviews on here something has gone very wrong with the company and I'll not be using them again.
