Descriptions and products are great quality at competitive prices. The page for ordering and payment was relatively straightforward. However the page didn't confirm my order and I never received an email to confirm.
I then emailed straight away to ask for confirmation as the money had come out of my account but I had no response. I tried calling and emailing as I was then concerned that this may have been a scam page as I had never purchased from the store before.
I then received the items a few days later, but still no confirmation email.

Superb company
Superb company. Product I ordered (Jobe Towable, Inflatable Ring), it came perfectly packaged and exactly as advertised. I was genuinely worried as the price was so cheap. But it's real! Very fast postage to NI ( 3 days from I ordered to arrival). Would highly recommend New Forest Surf. I will definitely buy from them again.
