We have used this independent business on a number of occasions in the last year. Mark and his team have been fantastic each time. So unlike a high street store, where the customer service is often poor and impersonal, the welcome is friendly, they take time to listen to your issue (however big or small), their technical knowledge is excellent and solutions are quickly delivered. In addition to the "IT" support, Mark has a brilliant service sourcing a wide range of "open box" equipment - phones, laptops, desktops, monitors etc - completely new, but the packaging has been damaged so can't be sold by the main distributors - at great prices. We can't speak highly enough about our experience. This independent business is a real gem and needs to be supported as much as possible by the local community.

I took my laptop in to Surrey Computer Centre to have the memory increased. Through no fault of the staff, there was an unexpected problem with my laptop after this was done. Despite this not being the result of anything they had done, the staff worked hard to ensure it was solved as soon as possible and, as a gesture of goodwill, they installed the most up to date version of Windows on my laptop.

Gerald provided prompt, efficient and knowledgeable service for the repair of my very slow PC. Would definitely use again.

When my son's home build gaming pc project hit some issues we couldn't solve, we turned to Gerald for help on strong recommendations from others. Gerald quickly put things right, going above and beyond to get the pc working, explaining action clearly, charging very competitively and fully living-up to his great reputation. Hi. I have just used surrey computer services, to have my apple mac desktop upgraded to take a flight sim,this guy knows his stuff, sorted my computer out in no time at all, a very knowledgeable gent, will use again and would recomend to anyone with a computer problem to make contact and use this company.

Gerald was extremely helpful explaining to a 75 year old how to change the way apple and other applications were working and change me apple devices to operate together.
This he carried out after re-configuring my 2013 Applemac to operate in both Mac and windows 10
Operating systems this he carried out in a short timescale and at a very reasonable cost I will be using him again.

Had my laptop upgraded.
Very fast and efficient, very happy with the results.
Pricimg was explained clearly with know hidden extras.

Gerald is a very pleasant person to deal with and on top of that he knows what he is talking about ! He does not try to baffle you with technical things, he gets on and does the job for a very fair price, so glad we have found him, would not go anywhere else now.

Gerald took time out his busy schedule to build my little brothers first PC. He is an example for all regarding his professionalism. An excellent unbiased and informative individual. Not only that, Gerald genuinely went above and beyond on the services asked for and there is no one I could recommend more, I for sure will be a returning customer.

Have used Gerald services for several years now. He has gone over and beyond usual computer service. He has fixed many issues with many of our devices and we have 5 people in our household !!
He has sorted more efficient ways of saving our data.

He has also built me two websites and continues to monitor these to ensure they are running efficiently and higher on the Google page.
He is always professional, he is very knowledgeable and does not over charge like many companies out there.

Gerald at SCS , sorted out issues with a old iMac and MacBook Air , helped with data transfer to new MacBook Pro .
Conducted all work in a efficient manner and provided good advice .

Not often you come across a business that ticks all the boxes. John is very professional, knowledgeable and a great guy to talk to as you explain your laptop problems/needs. No geeky language, very responsive and gets things done without a fuss – quickly (in my case the same day!)

Professional, polite, arrived on time. Gerald was friendly & approachable- he also made a point of saying he had a policy of not working in a home if there was no adult only teens/children which I felt was very wise & comforting too.
Gerald fixed the problem very fast and delivered the computer back very fast.
He explained things very clearly - AND he could quite easily have (or tried to) scammed me or ripped me off for a lot of money. Instead he gave various solutions, all different prices, including him building a computer specifically according to our needs & capabilities

Great Service. My PC was having issues with the CPU. He identified the issue and solved it within a few hours on his day off for a very competitive price. Will return in the future if needs be.

Gerald was really helpful. He helped me to sort out the issue with my laptop: all I needed was a £6 adapter from Amazon, so didn't need the huge expense of replacing my motherboard. Would definitely seek his guidance again and recommend him

Gerald was able to repair our broken HP laptop screen. As soon as the replacement screen arrived he swapped them over within an hour. He made sure we had the laptop back before the Bank Holiday. Gerald kept us updated throughout and was able to provide a very competitive quote.
