Gerald came round and replaced the battery on our HP laptop, very efficiently. He was kind enough to come over on Easter Sunday at a time when there was no Zoom meeting going, as the machine is in almost constant use. Very competent and friendly service - and highly recommended.

Excellent service; retrieved data from an external hard drive that was "corrupted and unreadable" and saved it to a new external hard drive we supplied. We were kept informed at all stages of the progress of the recovery. Would highly recommend.

In November last year I returned to the UK from the Philippines, bringing with me my Chinese made tablet. It clearly had some issues and finally I decided to upgrade the memory and re-install Windows, drivers, etc.

Brilliant service, I sent my son's gaming pc to Gerald after being scammed by a shop in Southall, he put me at ease straight away and even gave me some advice over the phone to see if I could fix it myself, unfortunately it needed a new mother board and CPU as there was no output from either, I was given 4 options with prices and as soon as I decided which one I wanted, Gerald had it ordered and the computer was ready for me the next night, he also reconfigured some stuff my son had done wrong on the initial build and now my son is over the moon, getting higher FPS on his favourite game and the speed it runs at is unbelievable, I just want to say thanks again and I will see you again soon when I need my PC upgrading

I contacted Surrey Computer Services about installing a memory upgrade in my daughter's laptop. I received a response back within the hour and had a conversation about the best options, during which they provided me with a recommendation. The module was delivered on the Thursday morning, and Surrey Computer Services were able to get it fitted the next day, with the laptop available for collection on the Saturday morning. The price was very reasonable, the quality of the work was fantastic and the results were exactly what we were hoping for. A great job well done. Thanks!

Honestly, Gerald has saved my skin and a couple of my friends more than once. Super expedient, fantastic communication and overall customer service. Cost has been a lot less than I feared too, so not a rip-off merchant. Genuine recommendation from me. I won't go elsewhere.
