Ben and his team were very professional. Kept me updated of what was required by way of photos. Advised me of all cost options before proceeding.

Prompt, polite & explained what needed to be done without being patronising. Fixed our leak straight away. Slightly more expensive than expected but it was a day or 2 before Xmas & the job was done promptly & successfully. Would definitely recommend.

I got a quick reply from Ben, his team came round to review the job and gave advice on what was needed to rectify issues with my gutters & soffets. He was open and honest and didnt want me to waste money just clearing gutters which is what I intially thought was required. He made suggestions as to the next steps which gave me confidence.

Ben & his team were excellent. They assessed my roof, took pictures & videos to show where areas needed remediation, they provided options (and recommended the cost effective options rather than the most expensive ones), work conducted was very good and were very neat and tidy. Would thoroughly recommend.

Ben turned up when he said he would and as I was out at work managed to keep me informed throughout the job, of what was wrong, what he could and how much it would be, all with pictures too. Great serviceand he was extremely helpful, would definitely use Ben and his team again.

New roof completed in good time by Ben’s capable and courteous team. Ben took lots of photos and videos of the old roof so we could see where the real problems were and he talked us through all the options. Highly recommended.

Not a wholly satisfactory experience with Surrey and London.
I contacted them to ask for a quote to repair a leaking roof following the recent rain, and because I mentioned insurance might be involved they quoted £350 just for an insurance report.
This is completely unjustifiable, even if the insurer was not to accept the claim we would still be looking for a quote for the work to be done, and if they were as professional as they claim, and the quote reasonable I would have been more than happy to engage their services.

Competent and honest company. Knowledgeable and experienced. Have employed three times with excellent results. Knows what needs doing and does it. Good family run business and team. Highly recommend to anyone in need of anything to do with roofing.

Extension roof replaced fully and quite clearly a specialist high quality job has been done as it looks great and has withstood some very heavy rain so far. Recommend!

We had an urgent need to repair our bay window roof as we had scaffolding due to be taken down in days. Ben sent his team round immediately and quoted within the hour. He provided sound advice based on our need / budget and made an excellent recommendation. He had his team round the next day and it was fixed within 48 hrs. Great friendly service with an excellent quality result. Couldn't be happier.

Do not behave in the professional manner an average person would expect.
Why put yourself on a professional website (such as Trustpilot) when your initial contact with
People is very poor: Request that people upload photos and waste their time by then not responding. This is wholly rude & unprofessional Ben. The potential client (me) then tries to chase up what's going on. I get told you caught me half way up a ladder. THAT'S IT: That was his response and nothing more.

We found Ben on Trustatrader, and he was very responsive. We were after a roof inspection and quote for potential works on a property we were purchasing. He was able to get in quickly, and then followed up with an phone call and written quote that was easy to understand. He has since helped us with further discussions with the seller with other quotes they received, helping us with our negotiations.

Addressed our gutter issue promptly and efficiently and we would recommend them highly.

As a property landlord and homeowner, over the years of all the tradesmen I have dealt with I have to say Ben is the best I've experienced. I've just been up on my new roof and I can say the finish is excellent, there's been real care taken with the work - and competitively priced too. Ben has worked hard to keep costs down and think creatively about working around problems. Always keeping me well informed throughout the work, providing me with photos and showing me the work as it progressed. My roof had to be completed in February (one of the wettest on record) and Ben worked around some very difficult conditions to complete the work as quick as possible but also ensure my house was fully weather proof at all times. Ben combines an elusive mix of easy going likeability with total professionalism. What's more is the whole of his team have adopted this attitude and it was a pleasure to have them working on my house.
