Very helpful, punctual and provides very good advice

This company has done a few jobs for us now across Surrey & London at our commercial properties. So far, so good - no issues.

Around six months ago, Ben surveyed my roof and tried to convince me that the entire thing needed replacing. He was quite pushy, trying very hard to persuade me by showing me blurry, unclear photos and videos. He was clearly unhappy when I decided to get a second opinion, but he sent me a quotation anyway.
I subsequently sought second and third opinions. Both independent roofers told me there was nothing wrong with my roof, aside from a couple of edges where the fascia boards were slightly rotting. I specifically asked them to check the areas shown in Ben's footage, and they confirmed there were no issues. Ben also surveyed one of my neighbours roofs using the same high-pressure tactics; they also had theirs double-checked and were told no replacement was needed."

Ben was very helpful, honest and trustworthy. I was very happy with the speed and professionalism that they provided. Very happy with my new roof and skylights. Would recommend to anyone!

Very helpful and thorough identify a leak in our conservatory roof

The team came to quote for some repairs to our roof. Ended up discovering the problem was bigger than we thought. They offered an immediate short-term fix and completed the work on the spot. We were very happy with their professionalism, punctuality and communication.

Ben and his team were very quick to respond to my message and kept me updated with photos / videos from the roof during the process. They were very helpful and clean, as well as being quick and efficient!

I had to have 2 chimney stacks removed, all 4 rows of ridge tiles cemented and many old tiles replaced.The job was done properly and quickly. A very professional roofing company. I would highly recommend and use again.

Ben’s been sorting some work on the flat above ours and we also asked him to sort out chimney cowls for our own flat as part of the works, which he happily agreed to, and which has been completed to a high standard. He’s been in touch regularly and is a great guy who I’d recommend without hesitation.

Ben's team was re-roofing my neighbours house, and they inspected my roof and gave me the bad news on some big issues. They re-built my roof within days and saved me a big catastrophie. Thanks Ben! Great comms, very tidy/great work from the team.

Great communication from Ben from the outset. With photos updating me of the situation of the roof.
Ben had originally come to do replace our soffits with PVC and new gutters and found the felt of the roof was disintegrating and the batons rotting.
So replaced the whole roof for me.
The men who worked very hard through very hot weather were very clean and the crew cleared and tidied every evening.

Ben and his team were absolutely fantastic when they identified problems with my roof. The problem was larger than first feared but Ben was constantly updating me of the situation with photos and videos before he carried out further work. Everything was completed speedily and to a high standard. I would highly recommend this professional team!

Ben and team were great, very quick to respond with an emergency repair and then followed up with a complete new roof that was needed. Clear explainations of what work was required and then the team then got on with the work very efficiently with no fuss.

No respect for noise restriction times, 8:30 am on a Sunday and they are banging away with a hammer and power saw etc on a loft conversion in my street. When asked the guy clearly had no idea on the most basic regulations, what does that say to the approach to work…George also looked me up and sent me a personal message on Instagram, no apology just a weak excuse and told me to take the review down. This weekend- same again with the noise at 7.30am on Sat and hammering. Just have some respect.

Speedy response and action to fix a roofing leak

I was very impressed with the exceptional service provided by Surrey & London Roofing Specialists. Ben was incredibly responsive and helpful from the beginning. The father and son team were not only professional but also friendly and polite. Despite the challenging weather conditions with rain and wet weather, they persisted in completing the job and ensuring my roof was secure before the winter. When he had the ladder up to inspect my skylight, he even offered to help me clean the window, which was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend their services to my neighbors and friends who are seeking a reliable and honest roofing company in the area.
