Mark did a fantastic job installing our engineered oak floor boards upstairs - he is a really hard worker and extremely neat and tidy. Mark was also very good at working with me on some particular detailing that I wanted and we are super happy with the results. I would highly recommend him.

We are so pleased with our restored parquet floor! We were in two minds whether to keep our 1970s floor (it was a real mess) or replace it, but the final results were way beyond what we expected, and definitely the right decision!

Mark is a busy man, but always makes time to answer questions and explain everything. His communication was flawless throughout, from the initial visit through to completion.

Mark recently laid our hallway floor. He was highly recommended by our builders. He did a fantastic job and he was extremely tidy as he worked in this communal area. Mark was great to deal with and really did a very tidy job of our new floor. He was prompt in communication, helped us select the right flooring, on time with delivery and installation. Mark first came to extend a wooden floor that was only in one room of our house, which we inherited and it must have been over 10 years old. He managed to 'tooth in' the new floor to the old and then sand and finish the floors to they look like they were laid at the same time. We were so impressed that we asked him to then sand and refinish our bathroom and en-suite floors which has given them a new lease of life as well. Mark truly knows his stuff and he was very pleasant to have around for the few days he did the work. Would highly recommend.

Very professional service by Surrey Wood Floors. Mark is very knowledgeable about wood floors and gave us really good advise which we took on board. The finished job was stunning and looked amazing, really good value as well compared to some of the high street shops etc. Will defiantly be using Surrey Wood Floors again.

The outcome of the job Mark did is fantastic, the new wood floors have hugely enhanced the look of the house and I believe the value of the property.

I had to change my booking dates with Mark a good couple of times owing to a delayed house purchase completion, and he was always very accommodating and understanding. When it came to doing the work, Mark was as unobtrusive as it’s possible to be when installing wood floors, and cleaned everything up very effectively.
