Very slow service. Over 3 weeks and still no dispatched items and no updates sent from Surridge.

There is no option to give zero stars — if there were, I would use it.

Our university sports club placed a custom football kit order with a stated delivery timeframe of around one month. The order was delivered nearly three and a half months later. Despite the excessive delay, we accepted the kits in good faith. However, upon receipt, we discovered a serious customisation error: the correct number had been clearly specified during ordering, yet the jersey was printed incorrectly. This resulted in duplicate squad numbers and immediate disruption to official club fixtures. The company acknowledged responsibility and confirmed that a replacement would be prioritised, with a follow-up update promised the following week. That update was never provided. Multiple follow-up emails have since gone unanswered.

This is not simply a case of one mistake. It reflects a repeated pattern of delay, lack of accountability, and failure to follow through on commitments. A paying customer is still without the correctly customised product months after the original order was placed.

Operational delays can occur. Production errors can occur. But prolonged inaction and silence do not resolve problems, they amplify them. For a company supplying custom sportswear to organised teams, reliability and communication are fundamental. Unfortunately, in this instance, both have fallen well below acceptable standards. For organisations ordering custom kits, reliability and responsiveness are essential. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution teams and clubs to carefully consider this before placing any orders with them.

Disappointing is an understatement.

Really poor experience.
Ordered a training top for my son’s local football team. The size chart is ridiculously complicated to understand. Chose to do pick up from the club to save on the high shipping cost. Product arrived after long wait. Size didn’t fit. Requested an exchange. Totally rejected by staff even though item was not personalised. Unhelpful and total waste of money and time. Disappointing.

They don't have uniform size which is an important thing for a brand. I had a hoodie of size XL which fits me absolutely fine. Now when I ordered windcheater from them, these are tight. Even another hoodie of the brand is tight. When I compared the old hoodie with new hoodie, the size differs. Pathetic standards and no proper resolution if you report them. Stay away from this brand guys.

I've just ordered over £300 on PE Kit! The items are not true to size and they won't swop them because they have the school logo. I'm taking this up with Trading Standards. They must make a substantial amount of money ripping people off.

Ordered a month ago, still no delivery. No updates. Phoned to be told they've been 'busy'. Useless.

£7.20 for delivery for one item.
Still waiting over 3 weeks since order and the order is still 'processing'.

The delivery costs are absolutely extortionate! Needed 1 school top (already overpriced for the mediocre quality) and they wanted £7.20 for delivery😱

Clubbed together with some other mums to get free delivery (over £50) expecting that delivery was going to be much speedier - it’s been over 2 weeks and it’s not even been dispatched!

I have never come across such hefty prices anywhere, due to my club commitment, I have to buy polo shirt. 38 pounds for a polo cricket shirt, not a great quality and value for money. Also, 7.2 pounds for delivery, and there is no other is outrageous. I can't give any lower ratings.

This is an awful company to have to deal with for school sports uniform. To charge £7.20 to deliver one small item within the UK is outrageous.The items also dont come named unless you want to pay for personalisation (initials that are done with vinyl and peel off after a few washes). Overpriced, not good value for money and have the cheek to deliberately rip people off with postage.
As a parent body we are campaigning for our school to stop using this company.

Due to their contracts with my university I had to use this supplier to buy my sports society's committee hoodies. I ordered 12. 8 of them were wrong. When trying to get in touch with them about this issue, it took them at least 3 days to respond. I am now sending the incorrect hoodies back to them in the hopes that they can fix them.

To make matters worse, because of their contract with my university, any kit that I order for my sports club that has our university logo on it must be from this supplier. Why on earth would I order 30+ competitive kits from a supplier that made such a big mistake on my initial order. They have also discontinued the hoodie that we always get for our club members without providing any appropriate alternatives. The club were not consulted with before this happened. I'm extremely unlikely to order from this supplier again and am looking for different ways for my sports teams to have kits.

For some unknown reason our son’s school are forcing us to use this awful supplier rather than going to the shop near the school where clothes could easily be tried on and bought. Surridge have had ongoing supply issues and rarely have things in stock when needed, due to this we frequently have to place multiple orders to get the whole kit over a series of months. for each separate order we have to pay a new postage charge - so most recently £6 delivery on an £8 pair of socks which is a complete rip-off. it can hardly come as a surprise each august that new stock will be needed.

Faulty goods and when reordered sent to old address, even thought I checked and they promised would be sent to school. It wasn’t. A complete joke of a company

Ordered from here three times now for two different school sports kits and swimwear. Orders have been processed quickly on all occasions with a fast delivery time. Seemless exchange process - I ordered the wrong kit! Communication via the WhatsApp chat option useful, again timely response. The staff were really pleasant and helpful when I visited the store for the exchange.
