Surveytime 

For years it paid for every survey filled. Now it only pays when it has filled up to 5 USD, but you can reach 5 USD in about 2-3 months. There is no support that answers your requests. The app works and not. Too bad it was much better in previous years! Now the earnings are halved and you waste time.

This site now has a red warning by trustpilot I would be very careful handing over sensitive documents to this company their are far more trustworthy survey sites out there.used to be good but now definitely one to avoid

I have been using this platform for some time when the payout limit was still $1, now it went up to $5. I tried to cash out my rewards on 8 September and to date, I have not been paid, I sent countless emails with NO RESPONSE. I stopped taking surveys because I am not sure I will get my rewards paid to ME.

Surveytime before is good on paying out small amounts e.g. $1 or $.50 but now after they changed it to $5 pay-out (which also took quite sometime to accumulate) is now very hard due to verification processes because they need to take out selfies and ids which are very critical to be shown due to data privacy especially for online sites. After checking here in trustpilot, red flag was also indicated in some of the reviews.

Was a good website but payouts take much longer now. I have to validate my ID again but the e-mails do not arrive so i cannot get my money. I have e-mailed customer service but not had a response so far. very dissapointing.

This is among the worst survey sites on the webs. Ends up being a total waste of time, not paying most of the time, and if they do pay, it's much less than what you get paid on other sites for the same surveys.

They also use misleading marketing, they show 4,5 stars on Trustpilot on their website, when it's 3,5 and probably going down.

There is no way to cash out money by paypal. I contacted support by email but no one responding... Worst survey app.

I have been using this site for a long time, they used to pay after every survey but recently changed to minimum payout of $5. You get an extra $0.50 if you cash out at $10.

I have been requesting for assistance for me to be able to withdraw my earnings. There is error in verification processing until now.

I received the money in my PayPal account, but before that the identification process is a big suck. He accepted my twentieth selfie and I also took about ten photos of my ID. I don't understand why they need both sides of my ID, since there is nothing to compare it to, unless the goal is forgery.
On other, much more serious sites, they are satisfied with an email or SMS identification, and there the payment is not $5, but a much more serious amount.
In the past, payment was simpler, faster and less complicated.
The system is messed up.

I was searching a survey platform where I could make another money to improve my budget. I found a quite recommended Surveytime which looked as a good platform with adequate pays for survey.
That was a reality until the end of February when system of pays on Surveytime has changed. With this change came a limit of money that accepts you to transfer them into your account.

In September I reached the limit and I have decided to transfer my collected money into my PayPal account. The problem is that Surveytime demands a verification through e-mail or photo verification and following identity verification by ID card. But the verification is broken in both of these ways. After the day of my ask for a verification e-mail I have not received any e-mail yet. And when I tried to solve the verification by selfie and ID card, system did not accept my selfie although it was caught as they require.
The last problem with Surveytime is that when you want to do verification by the mobile app, it says some error which does not allow you to solve the verification.

By this broken and horrible system that was introduced in March my time spent from this month to September was useless because the money I should get will not be sent into my account and I have revealed my part of identity to discover that I will not get my 5.53 $ that I have made during 6 months. At least I am glad that I did not meet with a process of verification of ID card as other scammed people.

To sum up, I do not recommend you this survey platform. It is better to spend time at more certified survey platforms than this. I will delete my Surveytime account if it is possible.

He is asking for documents and my photo. This is wrong. It's a survey site, it doesn't need confidential information. This is not safe and could be a scam! I lost my money because he won't pay me

Fine surveys, after earning € 5, you will receive it immediately in your Paypal account or otherwise you choose.

I still cant seem to cash out my earning whats going on. Theres no communication on the emails iv sent or is this just another scam

I been using it for 2 months then for no reason I cannot login. They will let you work on survey and then it will close your account. All earnings are gone for 2 months.

Stop using this trash site; it’s a waste of time!

Fraudulent website. Avoid at all costs. There are many other great websites and apps where you can take surveys and earn money.

Tommy from Surveytime is a waste of time. I reached payment point and had to submit two forms of identity which I did. Weeks later no sign of payment. I have emailed them numerous times with no reply so my advice is to keep away from Tommy and his team as it’s a scam.
