Surveytime 

I have been using survey time for quite a long time. For the last two months it is not supporting paypal. When I reached the threshold of USD 5 the paypal option stopped all of a sudden and limited to BTC wallet. Any of the emails replied to them by Survey time. Even the messages sent to telegram and facebook pages do not elicit a proper response. Seems they changed their way of working and finding it difficult to get the payment released.

I used this online survey site to earn some extra cash. I completed a # of surveys BUT was never paid for the surveys I completed! The company wanted to utilize a cell phone for payment, BUT I had explained due to my visual impairment I do NOT use my cell for anything except for an emergency when I am out of the house. I have never received payment for surveys completed because the company would NOT accommodate my visual impairment & send me a check for surveys completed. PS: I am not doing any more surveys!

It is good, with proper and quick payment.

when i click on verify my account to get my payment it wont do nothing when i click on the button emailed them and nothing back from them yet

once I connected with my paypal, I cant receive any survey anymore. Not to mention cash out, it fail too...
I write an email to them and no one reply yet.

I give one star because they cancelled my account right after I went to withdraw the accumulated balance. What else can I say? You judge.

When it was time to verify my ID in order to withdraw my payment, I was banned and couldn't log in my account anymore. It goes without saying that I tried contacting support; however, nobody replied.

Lots of late disqualifications or telling you that you have already completed the survey after you spend 20-30 minutes. Used to be good. I am using less now.

I signed up before 2 years . Everything was fine for 2 weeks then they scammed me with some money left . Blocked me forever even tried yo sign up with different email they blocked any traffic from my devices and IPs .
Very big scammers stay away.

I have been a Surveytime user since 2022 and at the beginning it was nice because everytime I completed a survey ($1 USD or $0.50 USD) the payment was immediate paid to my PayPal account.

After the changes in 2024, the user needs to accumulate $5 USD to be able to cash out.

I accumulated $15 USD and, on the website, there was only one payment method: bitcoin.
I don't have any bitcoin account and I won't. So, I contacted the Surveytime support on July 19th, 2024, and no answer I got.

Then, I decided to download the app and noticed that on the app there was the PayPal payment method. I cashed out and the app blocked my payment because I had to verify my ID which I had never done or needed to do before on the website. Alright! I sent my selfie and the photo of my ID and both photos were approved by the app that said that I had to wait for the payment.

Conclusion: so far, I haven’t received my earnings.

I contacted Surveytime support via e-mail many times and no answer I got.

And one more thing happened: I tried to access my account via website and my password didn’t work. I asked to change it via “I forgot my password”, I managed to change it but when I tried to access the account it said: “Password is unavailable”.

Tell me something, Tommy The Atom from Surveytime, are you, now scamming people?

I think they are legit. I received my 1st payment from them, but after they verified my identity and after 6 days. They informed me that payment processor is having some issue and payment is delayed. I gave them 4 stars because not very good customer support.

I started answering surveys way back in 2021. It was nice before they paid $1$ for every study and sent it directly to PayPal. However, now things have changed. They are not paying anymore $1, instead of .01 to .09$ only, and it's a very long survey.

They will ask for verification before payout. But unfortunately till date I have not received any mail from them for verification.
My suggestion is not to go for survey with them.

This used to be a legitimate site but now it is dead. I tried to cashout after reaching 5 dollars, which is the minimum payout amount now. After the request, I was asked to provide an ID for verification and I did so multiple times. It has been a month already and no cashout payment and it seems the site does not allow me to log in to the platform anymore.

This company used to pay but now they don’t I can’t get my$5 and am very disappointed!!

Be careful with Surveytime! It took a long time to complete enough surveys to claim payment. This time I was unpleasantly surprised, authentication was requested. When I passed that too, instead of payment, a new inconvenience. I can't log in to the application, neither via Google nor via email... I sent an email asking what was going on, but no response at all. I'm still waiting for an answer from Surveytime or an email from Paypal, but...

Previously everything was running smoothly, there were no problems with the payout process, but after they asked for ID verification as a condition for being able to pay out, suddenly I was logged out of my account and when I tried to log in it always failed, and worse, my money was lost.

used to be cool, now they require identity validation (personal id both sides + face scan) which alone is suspicious bc they dont properly show own identity on the website, it all hidden, and also last time i tried the validation they require FAILED and after 10 days after i contacted them that the validation does not work (tried 2x, always says ok but is NOT SAVED if done in their app in adroid) im still waiting to get the payout to buy some games but i still got nothing... and they dont reply with any proper response to WHAT IS THE ISSUE.

So i tried using websitte, there dialog asks if resend email with the validation link, clicking says SENT, but never received to my gmail inbox... (yes i checked spam folder too)

I loved the site before, i filled up a survey and i received the payment (0,5 - 1 euros) in no time to my Paypal. However, they have changed the system, the surveys generally pay less and the minimum cashout is 5 euros. But that is not the problem here.

I finally collected the required amount and tried to withdraw. The first surprise came when i could withdraw bitcoin only, and only to a limited number of wallets (which supports lightning payout or wth...). Okay, no problem, i registered to one of them, and requested a payout.

I was surprised again when the site asked me to verify because its my first withdrawal. It surely was not, but hey, why not. But this verification -including live selfie and photos of ID - was a pain in the axx, and even when i thought i were done because the photos were taken, i was asked again to do it when i logged in the next day... So i have done it again.

The next day surprise again, i could not log in. I clicked on "forgot my password", i made a new one, and tried to log in, but it said the password is wrong...

I wrote to the support that i feel something wrong (fishy as hell), but there is no answer for 4 days, my payment is not sent for over a week now.

Guys, just avoid this site, i dont recommend it anymore...

Very hard to qualify fir surveys but i did cash out 2 times
