After two weeks of hard work, I asked for my reward and did not receive it. They stopped contacting me via email. I feel like they are scammers.
The surveys are extremely repetitive, no data overlap. Limited to no reward
Do not get involved in this nonsense. Site will show potential surveys with a monetary value. Once started and personal information has been entered - ie DOB, kids, occupation, postcode etc...the survey will tell you they are looking for a different kind of profile. It happens almost every time and you've giving precious information away for free. DO NOT PARTICIPATE
My first two week with Surveyword was a pleasure. Everything was professional and the survey's accumulated points. Then, all of a sudden, their communication with me stopped, and after a week of this, I decided to cash out me rewards. The site said I should receive my reward in 2-3 days. It's now going on 3 weeks! I tried to go to their website but, lo and behold, they not only blocked me, but took my e-mail address out of their system. All for a measly $20. And, BTW, they have an app on their website where you can talk with someone. It's bogus. Every time I tried to get some relief he said he couldn't connect me to the website. Very, very frustrating and they wouldn't know professionalism if it hit them in the face. Please think about doing their surveys, chances are you won't get paid.
Seems a scam. Severe lack of information. Links didn't work. Asking questions before logging in. Fake questions from fake people.
A load of absolute shite. Surveys are never available, and when they are, they are worth about a euro an hour to do. A cod. An excuse to sell your data only. Should be shut down.
Subscribed to this service after seeing an ad about it. Subscribing to the service is rather chaotic, especially from a smartphone, as you're only asked to choose a password after which you immediately start receiving surveys. I actually had to go google to find the website to gain access to my account to be able to delete my subscription as no link to it was provided within the emails. I can't call this very userfriendly.
Once you start the engine tells you a survey is available after which a few preliminary questions are asked, but time and time again the system tells you sorry you're ineligable for this survey and you end up in an unending loop of the same. Tried it 10x but still ineligable. If you're system is broken fix it before looking for customers because as it is you're just frustrating and wasting the time of potential customers. I am never coming back nor will i ever recommend it to friends or family. You wasted enough of my time as it is.

Long days and my reward has not been refunded.
often the surveys are finished before you log in.. the surveys may not be available to you after you have answered a menu of questions taking up so much time that after 3 or 4 attempts I just leave it
Very reliable and good page. Makes me feel good with perfect review requests

Nine times out of ten I'm told that the survey is not available or has been timed out- not very happy.
In April I got to almost the end of the server and was told This survey is no longer available.
Does that mean that your survey organisation is a waste of time & that I will not get any compensation?
Then when I contacted Surveyworld & got Thank you for contacting us. As we can see you answered one survey today and received 0.4 $ for it on your account. Not very satisfactory

Just relatively easy to navigate the response areas, not too bad on the time taken to complete.

I would like more benefits with more frequent surveys to be motivated to fill more surveys and be able to complete them

While i get the surveys easily done , there are not many for my age group.takes a while to build up money
Constantly starting a survey then being redirected out to another. You're lucky to even finish a survey and get the credit. Very frustrating and more time consuming.

Just sent an email with screenshots of this last survey experience, which was poor. I got to 97% finished and then the survey abruptly ended with NO "sorry you're not a match" like the usual disqualifcation excuse. So I have wasted time tonight going through this instead of working on surveys that I can actually finish.
