The perfect survey tool — especially for thesis research!
Survio.com was an absolute lifesaver when I needed to create a questionnaire for my bachelor's thesis. Setting everything up took just a few minutes — I picked a template, customized the questions, and shared the link with respondents right away.
What I loved most were the clear visual reports and automatic data analysis. The results appeared in well-organized charts that I could use directly in my thesis, without spending hours on manual processing in Excel. The easy export to PDF and spreadsheets was a great bonus on top of that.
The interface is clean, intuitive, and doesn't overwhelm you with unnecessary features — you just launch your survey and go. For any student needing to conduct primary research quickly and professionally, Survio is an easy recommendation. Five stars without hesitation!

I don't like that when I downgraded my subscription, Survio automatically upgraded it when they sent their invoice. They automatically take the money from my card, and I can't stop them. I've talked to support, and they tell me they do not offer to downgrade the tier, but they do it on their webpage, which is wildly misleading. I have now downgraded the tier 3 times, and twice they have upgraded it and billed me for new months that I have not ordered. They tell me this is by design, and that they don't offer refunds.

My experience with the customer support was excellent! I couldn't see the answers of my survey. They answered so quickly, were very kind and polite and solved my problem in minutes.

Good for beginners, easy to use. But not all accessories are available.

This platform works just like I need.
Perfect space to do research.

What I like about survio is that immediately creates charts, you can filter them right away, and it basically does all the work for you. I use it for school assignments and it has never let me down.

This service is in general nice and good structured for small surveys, although you need be aware of deleating answears (not restorable) and to evalute your survey, you need to pay.. (for example for excel).

The colection limit of free answears is 50, which is actually nothing, if you need to do it for a presentation.

But in general, the tools are quite good to understand and easy to use. You can also use a QR-Code, print the survey or send a link to get your survey in the world.

This service have a very cute and modern design, BUT be aware that if you decide to delete some of the answers you've collected the system will count them in your limit of free answers (50) and won't let you restore them.

I think that is the huge issue, cause if you do it you have no chance to use them and the number of answers still counts as if you you used it.

Survio has many features and is really easy to use. Thank you very much for being a loyal companion for my school project — happy to use it again!
