To start with, I found survio to be helpful in building my questionnaire. It is very user friendly and of course one needs some kind of upgrade to be able to collect a sufficient number of responses. So as a student I asked for a two months discount for my research and got a code, nevertheless it was only for one month. Needless to say I was quite surprised the second month I was charged full and as a student it is quite a budget, since working on a quantitative research brings in other expenses, like for statistical programs, language corrections etc. What is important, I was promised something and got half of it only. So I complained. Oh dear, I should not have done that! Got a quite an arrogant answer from a CS with a screenshot of last email they sent me telling me then can't reapply discounts once it was granted (guess they do this often). Being so keen on their transparency they also fail to mention that there is a condition to get this discount - you have to write a review before you even get the discount and upgrade. Ofc I made a positive review! My question - had I made a negative one, would I still get the discount? Not sure. This practice is very controversial, to say the least. Working in SD I know that even though ofc it offers great services the option of discount is still way up price and so the next argument of the CS that they need to stay afloat to offer good quality services is just a bunch of nonsense. So my feelings? In need of better customer service and also they should get rid of the practice of collecting good reviews before granting discounts to students that are in need of them..... that is all. As I said, I like the tool, there were some issues with contingency tables and also the graphs are not ideal (not showing values in lower percentage proportions).. but still I was happy to use it. Nevertheless, the practices used and customer service have absolutely turned this experience upside down.

I thought this survio website is genuine not till now. Very bad website just like other survey websites. Very shameful thing. Giving you fake hope here and there. How to no a fake website. They will be in control of the amount you can make before you cash out. Wast of time . 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡this website remains fake . Doesn’t worth your time please. Survio.com is fake . Don’t waste your time on this website . . Survio.com already know there are scam . Having constant limited number of people who will participate in there so called survey especially when you get to some certain amount of money, make them pure fake . Having access to the amount you must make before you can withdraw from there website. Shows that they are pure scam.

Simple and pleasant questionnaire creation and very fast support. Unfortunately, the whole experience is somewhat spoiled by the exorbitant price for the given valid one, which is so decisive for students.

I like that survio is easy to use and that you can use it for free. i dont like that if you need more than 100 answars on the surveys you need to pay for sub.

I think survio is very good and easy to use for beginners and students which are writing their bachelor or master thesis and need datas and a questionnaire. The Data Export to Excel is also easy, so it saves much time. :) I swiched to survio from Lime Survey and I am happy with survio!

I chose Survio to create a questionnaire for my graduate thesis. I appreciate the simplicity and speed of preparing the questionnaire. What I miss is support from survio and the possibility of a subscription for only one month for a more friendly student price when usually a student only uses the service once and does not need the premium version.

Very bad experience with that tool. I paid for the plan with 1000 answers. Some bot started to multiple answers, support said its my fault, and they cant help me with that, no caphta or another possibility to stop it.

I bought another 1500 answers, but my survey was still blocked and support shoukd to repair it manualy, I was waiting for half day to repair, so I created another account (and I paid for it) and duplicated survey because they couldnt repair first one). Support in answers wrote: "I am honestly not sure, what is wrong :)" ????!!!!

Are you serious?

Before I bought this tool I asked them its possible to block duplicate answers, they confirmed but... yeah I got 2503 answers and only about 800 was true, rest it was spam.

For that price, shouldn't the extra pieces be included with the vacuum?

Survio is well suited for small scale in my case study related surveys
Only thing missing is a telephone helpdesk, but keep costs low.

Very good and clear website to create your own surveys. I used it for my master's thesis. I can only recommend survio.

the software is pretty decent and simple to use... if you want to look a bit deeper in space you need to pay a extra license

Overall good programe. Only negative thing is that you only have 100 answers with the free trial.
