OK.. I didn't look for reviews first 🤦🏼‍♀️. Placed order... no card details luckily as it only gave option for cash on delivery .. I assumed was a mistake. I've even got an email from them acknowledging order which looks liggit, but now I know from trustpilot it's a scam. So they have my details just no payment ones thank god
Any crap comes back to me using my details they will be sorry. I'm reporting

I was looking for cheaper lawnmower that what other sites were selling for, found one on Susam at good price, completed order which said payment on delivery, very odd, had further correspondence from them, e-mail them to say order no longer required. looking at the other reviews clearly scamming people for their details, glad I didn't part with any money.
Susam website needs shutting down straight away.

This is obviously a personal details harvesting scam ,for whatever nefarious skulduggery they are up to ,name ,address, possibly card details glad I put in a fake name and address to see where my fake purchase was going,DO NOT USE AT ALL 😠

Ordered a filter for my shower toilet, almost half the price of other seller!
Said cash on delivery which I thought was odd, I asked on the order form to pay online.
I had a confirmation email but nothing turned up-8 days later

I have just read the reviews of other people,which I wish I’d read before placing an order.
I had a call from my credit card company the next day, reporting a suspected scam on my card, which was apparently within a few minutes of placing my order with this company. Luckily they stopped the payment and cancelled my card, but my payment to Sosmar had already gone through.
Although I had paid already, it still said cash on delivery.
Hopefully I can claim this amount they’ve taken from my credit card company, as I have alerted them to this scam.

Ordered item which was cheaper than other genuine website. Didn't complete payment or got confirmation. Received email thanking me for my order and to pay cash on delivery. I immediately sent email to cancel order and did not agree to pay cash. That I will not accept if delivered and definitely not paying cash. Still waiting for reply. What a scam site.How are they able to get away with this Web site

It's a totally Scam Website, they have Copy the product lists from Retailers as it is.
Please beware the People of UK.
They are offering Products at half prices to attract buyers.

Weird thing was payment was cash on delivery! So; thankfully didn’t part with any money or hand over card details but I remain suspicious of their motives.

The item I wished to buy was on sale at Susam for a very low price (apparently!) especially with ‘free’ delivery.
On their site they showed PayPal as a payment option; however, when I tried to checkout, their website insisted that I gave them full credit card details, including CCV number before they would process my order. Strangely the PayPal option had disappeared !
I obviously did not enter my card details because, like other reviewers, I smell a rat!
BEWARE !!
IF AN OFFER APPEARS TO BE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT USUALLY IS.🤨

Update: Since posting this review I have now submitted details of this Company to the The National Cyber Security Centre. It might be useful if others of you who have also been scammed do the same.

Please all avoid like the plague, why these have been allowed to still advertise is beyond me! Their scamish site sticks out like a sore thumb

I was just about to purchase a deep fat fryer, decided to delve into their info. The red flag for me was their spelling. Customers had been spelt Costumers. That stopped me from using them.
