I’m experienced in IT, scam prevention, online shopping and the like. With 200% certainty this is absolutely a scam. And Trustpilot is the only place warning you - a great example of how brilliant and paramount the platform is.

Though it looks very convincing (which can’t give credit for, as it takes 2 clicks of a button in this day and age)

TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS ... If it looks like a scam and gets you worried then stay clear

Like everyone else here put my name address mobile number and e mail in the kettle was cheap but not unbelievable I went to the PayPal button but it just came up cash on delivery. An email came in my junk folder but I deleted it. I hope they can't use anything I put in but then again it's probably public anyway I guess as no card details or anything.

NOT legitimate. Why would they bother, just make a genuine company and sell some genuine products.

Extremely good price for a kettle but the website had an odd name and the home page seemed very amateur so I looked for reviews on google before going any further with my purchase. Thank goodness I did, I won't be going anywhere near it.

I was going to buy a gaming chair but couldn’t understand why it was £250 cheaper on this website so I looked at the reviews on trustpilot and I’m so glad that I did. The chair was just over £300 and everywhere else it was £550 Just about to order it then realise that this site is a scam

This is a scam, don't put in any information about yourself. Couldn't seem to do review without giving it a star rating, of course it should be a negative one. I have reported as a scam and their e mail disappeared immediately!!!!!

Thanks everyone for the warnings. Saw an item on the website at a reasonable price. Then saw the cash on delivery, so before continuing to enter any details. I decided to check Trust Pilot. Thank goodness I did.

I'm very glad I read the reviews before I even looked at the site. They give an office address in Charlotte street, London W1.. Can't the Police or local council raid the place and shut them down?

Price of item was much lower than anywhere else so I was "on my guard". Then I noticed Cash on Delivery as the default payment option. Thought I would be able to change this before confirming order but order was placed straight away. No reply to my emails requesting a) change of payment method or b) cancellation of order. Goods never arrived. Not sure what the point of the web site is. Google and other search engines should "blacklist" the site

Scammers. No order confirmation. Tried phoning, straight to voicemail. Tried texting, doesn't go through. Absolute scammers. Just collecting data

Looks like a scam. Intending to buy a breadmaker at a price slightly cheaper than other websites and Susam claimed actually had product in stock - other places it was not in stock. Then went to check shipping charges but did not order as was not convinced when indicay3d "shipping free' but then received a message that I had placed an order, but with cash on delivery.! However i did not provde any bank details!

Total scam, never have been so dumb in my whole life, it was too good to be true. £5 for a massive chest of drawers when originally it’s usually cost £200, is dodgy itself. When I try to contact them to cancel it, the mail doesn’t get through and the phone calls go straight to voicemail. Please don’t trust this website. It’s just like temu and SHEIN. take your address and use it in the future for cyber attacks etc.. I am gonna report this website asap and I don’t know why google is promoting this scam website!!!! Please NEVER order from here 🙏, I’ve learnt the hard way so don’t make the same mistake. I suggest reporting this website even if you haven’t put your details yet, it helps others avoiding this too.

Same as everybody else, no way to contact Susam uk, Ordered heat resistant gloves for log fire, and to ask for cash on delivery seems a bit odd and nothing has arrived

Ordered a small George Foreman Grill. Saw cash on delivery. But no email order confirmation! No communication at all. Read the negative reviews after! So definitely a scam! Just glad I didn’t give bank details!!
