Wanted to buy a dehumidifier from this site as like someone else, amazon couldn't deliver for a few weeks. Started the order and even card details. Something told me to reopen another tab and check out the site, delivery and discount code. It was the discount code which took me to someone else's site and amazon. I deleted my info. This is a scam site. Do not use!!

Clearly a scam website AVOID
Clearly a scam website - doesn’t accept any UK issued debit or credit cards just Discover, Maestro and Diners Club which are issued in the USA isn’t immediately clear, discretely hidden on the payment page and website looks professional although deals too good to be true and a suspicious mobile number as only contact number.
Typed in a random card made up card number and it was happy for me to submit the details to them. Funny that!
Please avoid!!!!

Couldn't buy what I wanted
Couldn't buy what I wanted - only take Mastercard, Discover and Diners Club it seems and then wouldn't take my Mastercard anyway. I see others have had the same trouble. Something weird going on here.

Tried to pay for a number of goods
Tried to pay for a number of goods. Can't pay online how it states (e.g. paypal) & site doesn't recognise my card details as valid. Phoning the mobile number goes to a vodaphone answering machine (perhaps that's how it states to text... odd in itself); Mailer-deamon can't recognise the Susam email address. Susam's postal address doesn't seem to correspond to this company. Ummm - suspicious. Tend to agree with the other one star reviewers.

I went onto their Website after seeing an air fryer for sale. It’s not a company I recognise so after checking out the address on Google earth there was no store by this name to be seen just a bakery. So that does not fill me with confidence that this company is legit.

I was looking to purchase a Philips Azur Steam Iron. Susam.co.uk had these for sale half price. As I had not purchased from this company before, I decided to check their address out before placing my order. When I looked in Google earth their address shows as Gail's Bakery!

Properly disappointed!
I was looking for an Aplicool T50 fridge for my camper van.
On Amazon, they weren't available for over a month - I wanted it for next week - so I went and looked where else I could get them.
I found Susam - which said there were 3 in stock - fantastic I thought!
How wrong I was. I clicked on the 'Buy Now' button and it took me to...
The same Amazon page I'd just left as they weren't available for a month!
I've not tried other products, but from my experience, this site is just flogging other people's products, for no real benefit to the customer. Go directly to Amazon or where ever you get taken and make sure you clear cookies or they'll get the commission anyway!
