THE PARCEL HAS BEEN SAT IN THE SORTING OFFICE IN CHINA WAITING TO BE COLLECTED SINCE 20/1/26.
I HAVE EMAILED THE COMPANY MANY MANY TIMES TO NO AVAIL!! I THINK THIS COMPANY HAS NOW STOPPED (TRADING) RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!
I AM OWED £70!!!! DISGUSTING

Awful company to deal with. Products not as described. Told to return to China at my cost for refund which is contrary to the UK's Consumer Rights Act 2015. Eventually told a refund being processed but this was a lie as nothing received more than a month later. This company is a scam artist and should be avoided. Reported to Trading Standards but they won't be able to act because, whilst the website refers to 'London', the company is based in The Netherlands.

Do not buy from thus Compant. It's a scam.

Don’t shop their “save our story” sale - it’s a con! The photos are fake, products don’t look anything like the photos, I don’t think they have a store - it’s just a Chinese factory. I don’t believe they’re “closing down” or even that the “sisters” Susan and Julie really exist. It’s just to make the site look legit with photos of posh old ladies. Do not buy - they owe me money and are ignoring me after sending me a few emails saying they had a payment processor issue - lol. Their sale and closing down story is fake, they’re just trying to rob more people. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to order/buy from this dodgy website.
I placed an order end of Dec last year. Had an email to say parcel had been delivered. Still hasn't arrived. Requested a refund which im being fobbed off for. Now ignoring my emails so taking things further

The website, found by a facebook link and holding that seems to be a UK base .co.uk and in the website title Susan Julie London, is a fake Chinese impersonating website of the UK based company Susan Julie.

My mum ordered a knitted jumper that is wildly different to the one received. She contacted the company and they instructed her to return the item to . . . China at >£20. The cost of the original item being £34.

Under UK consumer law the company must refund her and the request that she pays for the return is again not under UK consumer law.

This is a classic dropshipping scam tactic:
UK branding / .co.uk website
appears to be "London" as per the website address
returns suddenly “must go to China”.

I note others have also been offered a partial refund or "gesture of goodwill". I strongly suggest you don't accept and either demand refund, claim from your bank account provider.

No items received. The site claimed to be a London boutique struggling with rent and having to downsize. It was all lies. This crowd are based in China and ripping people off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Bought the white fluffy hat looked lovely on website 25 pounds my friend bought exactly the same in Temu for a fiver very poor quality

Quality terrible . Not a jumper but a sweatshirt. Took a long time to arrive. Very very disappointed with this . Awaiting customer service now to get back to me to return product .They are a scam do not touch them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I bought what I thought was a jumper but turned out to be a cheap sweatshirt that had no 'give' or stretch whatsoever. I believed they were in London using Royal Mail, but now know they are in China. I spoke to my bank and they had them down as being in the Netherlands! I could not afford to return the item to China so have thrown it away. I am even too embarrassed to take it to a charity shop. I very much doubt I would have received a refund. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH COMPANY.

Do not use this company it’s a total rip off they don’t send what is advertised they are not based in London it’s a blag the so called chunky knit Christmas jumper is a cheap polyester jumper with a transfer printed on it they are scammers and need to be put a stop to conning people out of there money if you want to return the item you have to send it to Asia and pay the cost that is almost as exspencive as the item so either way you loose out I don’t know how they are getting away with this

Wish l could give minus stars. Should be ashamed of themselves, website pics are nothing like the items you will receive. Jumper l ordered is basically what you’d get for a fiver down the market, how silly was l to pay £34 for it. Returns to China and you pay for that without any guarantees of a refund. Into the charity bag, they getting away with our monies, so angry.

Do not buy from this website unless you want to wait weeks for it to come from Asia, and receive a poor quality item that is nothing like the one described and illustrated on the website (and not cheap). They are NOT in London as the site seems to lead you to believe. There is no easy returns policy - beware sites where they dont give their address unless you request it. I fell foul of this foolishly - lesson learned.

Ordered a Knitted Christmas jumper looked lovely ,what eventually came from China, is a polyester flat printed low quality Sweatshirt, contact customer service re totally misleading and substandard article they offered 10%refund and not return or return ,to China at my expense,for a full refund ,nowhere in advert does it say items come from China ,says Royal mail tracking and with the name definitely misleading that is a UK company. Not at all happy will be pursuing this legally and advise everyone NOT TO BUYfrom this Scam site.

What a rip off ! My purchase was nothing like they advertise. Poor quality its just a cheap looking sweatshirt that i wouldnt wear to walk the dog never mind christmas !!

I ordered 2 Christmas jumpers based on the online photos. When they arrived they did not look like the pics on the website. After contacting them to return them, it appears it’s a factory warehouse in China & not a London store as is intimated on the website.
I now have to pay over £25 to return them therefore losing money!
I believe this is no more than a scam website!

Ordered a christmas 'jumper' for my daughter, it arrived and product received is nothing like the one advertised!! Lesson learnt.....always read the reviews before ordering, this company is not based in London. all lies!!! Do not order cheap tacky sweatshirt received NOT a jumper!!!!

I ordered a Christmas jumper early December and was led to believe I was dealing with a small London based company and delivery would be around 19th December, I received it today (2nd January). This company is Asian based selling "expensive" goods of very poor quality that in no way resemble the description being advertised. The size I ordered is XL but the actual size of this cheap rag is probably S/M.
This company is selling goods fraudulently by total misrepresentation.

This company should be removed from advertising. The quality of the fabric is appauling, the pattern on the jumper is printed onto the fabric to replicate knitting. I have been told by them that I can keep the jumper if I wish and they would take 10% extra for the privalage so that I do not have to pay to return to China.I will just keep it and give it to a charity shop, hopefully someone may find a use for it as a cleaning rag!!! DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE A CON.

The website for this company is a complete sham. I ordered a Christmas jumper early in December. I got it today (on New Years Eve) it had been made and tracked shipping (slowly) from mainland China. It bears no resemblance to the jumper described and is the most horrible bit of tat, long arms, narrow hips and lurid coloured synthetic t-shirt material. Do not buy from this company as it is pretending to be a decent couple of ladies selling from a London shop trying to save their boutique.. IT IS NOT.. and it is not worth even trying to return (unsurprisingly). A complete con.
