Really can't complain for the price, nice sushi, good customer service

I am a regular at sushimania finchley and usually have a good experience but during the "eat out to help out" i was massively disappointed by the large amount of rice used in the sushi. Almost as if the aim was to bloat customets to prevent ordering too many rounds. I do hope if i visit next the portions return to normal.

Delicious food and fair price for the deal. Recently they introduce an app to order at the restaurant, makers so much easier to order what without needing to call the waiter all the time.

Worst. Service. Ever. We ordered food at 5pm this afternoon and and at 21:17 it HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED. Seriously, don’t bother. If you want to support a business in these times pick a different one.

Totally frustrated by lack of customer service at Sushi Mania. We wanted to try them as Coeliac/and Allergy suffering family member is usually ok with Sushi but our normal haunt was closed. Tried to find their allergy information online, nothing doing. Phoned them up and went through the entire possible order, item by item on the phone having explained that we were talking about Coeliac's and other allergies. Each item we chose, we were told what the only allergens were. All sounded good and they advised to order online and put on notes. We did this. They then called back to say "there's a little bit of wheat" in things. Whilst frustrating, at least they recognised this would be a problem and called, so we cancelled over the phone and no order arrived. However, they still took the money and have ignored all notes we have written to them asking them to comment on both their service and to confirm that we'd get the refund. Incompetent, unreliable and uncommunicative. Avoid.

Sushi Mania in Whetstone is great - the food is amazing and the staff are so friendly. Always making sure you understand how the menu works and that there is enough drink on the table. Always love coming here with the girls :)

I go here often as I love the food. I've given it 3 stars though as the service is not great - and the staff mostly look miserable. The manager in Reading does not seem to be very nice to his staff. However, the food is awesome - great selection and the all you can eat offer is wonderful.

Delicious food, great staff, a short wait on service but to be expected as the Nottingham restaurant is always full, I cannot fault the service - Have been here several times and have not had any bad experiences. All you can Eat menu for under £18 is insane considering how delicious and carefully prepared the food is!
Easily our favourite restaurant in Nottingham. Highly recommend the Kimchi Fried Rice, it is amazing, and the manager is wonderful and always says hi. We will continue to be proud patrons of the restaurant. Thanks Sushimania!

Very rude waitress offended my friend for the wrong order. Changed the plate while my friend is eating and treated like a small child. YOU CAN NOT EAT THIS MENU AS THIS IS NOT YOUR ORDER” saying this in a loud voice with many people witnessed. I can’t take it how they treat their customers. Never will I come back to that restaurant. Rest assured to spread the comments to all my friends. I’ll encourage them to go somewhere else!!! At least they should train their staff to be polite. Racist!!!!!

Ordered from the cambridge branch via deliveroo order took 1 and a half hours to arrive, no apologies and an insulting offer of £2.50 off from a £50 order. The food was also damaged when it arrived.

We have ordered from the Finchley branch a few times, however most times they get the order wrong. When you call up to enquire they blame it on you or refuse to believe you. Tonight we ordered a delivery for 6.30pm on the website as we have young kids. No sign of it. We rang the restaurant to be told they had forgotten to look at their emails!!! What is the point of online ordering.Another 45 minutes for your meal sir. Really!!!! Will order elsewhere in future, shame as the food is not bad when it arrives!
