They do nothing!

They do nothing, 6 weeks ago i handed in raw evidence of a pedophile gang, and they haven't even called me back ONCE! Since then my life is in severe danger and they've targeted my child.
I have never known such a disgusting police force. I can't even call them that.
They hurt people for fun, and it's almost like they're in on it all.
People are out here suffering and you think you can call yourself people of the law?
There is nothing humane about you.

I know so many people and me have suffered enough at the hands of the police.
I don't understand why more people aren't talking about it.

I think they should be exposed for doing nothing at all, there are kids being hurt and adults in need too.
What is it you as a 'police' force actually do?

I even had Derbyshire police call me asking why you haven't made any contact with them over my stolen car.. I would love an explanation.

I have no trust or faith in you.

Police/Detectives have done nothing! After Big scam i have been involved

After Big scam i have been involved, myself managed to find out criminals names with NFIB help, which were provided to West Sussex Police, detectives etc
At first Detectives acknowledged that they received Criminals names, who stole over £300K from me only.... and they promised to provided names to me, after some of evidence i provided, where big UK FCA registered companies involved, suddenly Detectives changed their mind and refused to help me.
After 1.5 year i am still targeted and targeted by criminals daily and police and detectives forgot about me!!!!
i have all police and detectives emails with promises, which are embarrassing !!!

Totally rubbish

Totally rubbish, been assaulted from shoplifter, called 999 and I have been told until police come shoplifter will be gone and to call 101.
Called 101 they said can't put me through as they are busy. Who to call in emergency for a help? MI6?
Or someone need to get injured or to kill each other?
Next time will call Fire Brigade as they are faster and always turning up many of them.

More complicated than it ought to have been.

I made a complaint about 2 police officers who added to a form after I’d signed it.

It took some persuading to get the police to even record it as a complaint in the first place, and now 5 letters and 9 months later and I still haven’t managed to encourage them to inform the police officers in question that a complaint has been made about them. They have decided this would “not be reasonable or proportionate.”

It seems the police officers aren’t answerable to anyone and can carry on doing as they please. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to find an organisation that is actually able to deal with complaints well.

Thank you for listening.

Embarrassing

Sussex Police are meant to be impartial but sadly from their contact today they are not. They are discriminatory.

What sick and needy

What sick and needy? Why call the police if you are unwell and needy Mr Langley? The Sussex police cover up crime. Katie will answer to the public how much she spends on the NHS for false deployment to cover up vile crimes. The hospitals are empty in West Sussex. The last contact I had with the police was to issue a crime incident against the off duty NHS fraudsters that work for her.Have you ever seen a police officer ride an ambulance at the public expense. Jokes. I pay for private healthcare. Can you see any needy around here?

Yet again I’m having to write another…

Yet again I’m having to write another review about Sussex police. Honestly at this point next time it happens I’m going to the papers I won’t let them off so easy as leaving a simple review. I went to make a report About two nhs nurses falsely imprisoning me and the officer then went away asked for my name how to spell it then after he searched it up decided he didn’t believe me and refused to investigate the crime. I know why now, because they’ve seen my previous review about them falsely imprisoning me themselves. So now their trying to blacklist me from police help which is illegal. If it happens again I’m going to every paper I can find that includes international papers. They will not get away with corruption I won’t allow it they need to learn the hard fact they are not invincible. He even tried to intimidate me by saying ‘your really going to go up against the nhs’ as if every nhs worker will show up against me not true it would be one of their people and a person representing me plus the 3 or 4 suspects including the security guard the nurses knew and another nurse who also joined in on the actions against me. If Sussex police continue this vendetta against me I’ll have no choice but to publicly request the government step in to start replacing officers.

Dishonesty and Gross Misconduct by staff

After seeing the reviews about Sussex Police i am not at all surprised they have NOT claimed this site.

If you make a genuine complaint addressed to the Chief Constable it will NEVER be passed to her or ANY Senior Officer with any intelligence to address the situation and possibly resolve matters to ones satisfaction.

Your communication will end up in what I will call a fob off department. I had one experience with one individual who blatantly lied, failed to send a communication to the complainant and she intercepted a follow up complaint about her and failed to pass the matter to a senior officer.

I had involved my MP and the supposed communication was actually sent to him so that was the first time I had sight of this communication was weeks later after it had been written!

This officer was totally dishonest, dereliction of duty, incompetence and conduct unbecoming springs to mind.

More to follow.

This force will lie through its teeth…

This force will lie through its teeth and then some more if you dare complain to them. My first case officer - a PC Garry Cannings from Worthing Police Station was appointed to me following confirmed and recorded agrivated trespass, common assult and coercive and controling behaviousr at the hands of my ex partner. PC Cannings came in to my home to take a statment in relation to these offenses and told me that "if he thinks I am a dic-head he will tell me so". He then denied making the comment when I complained and I was told that the bright red light on his BWV (body worn video) reccorder is quite unlike all the other red lights on all other officers BWVs in that his one only denotes battery caharge. I was told this obvious and highly problamatic lie by Sgt Paul Zanzen-Baker of Worthing police station and they still stand by this.

I personaly find lying about the opperation of a device designed to aid in transparancy to be as disturbing as it gets. I am 100% certain he reccorded my statment making/interview on that day.

This was the excuse for my interview/statment apparantly not being reccorded so the dic-head comment which he made could not be proven. Quite why he would not have reccorded an hour and a half interview when he made no notes whatsoever really is most odd. I believe this to be yet another police lie.

My next case officer - PC Mathew Snelson was even worse. He pretended to have autism in order to gain my trust as I have a genuine learning disability. He deliberatly groomed me by pretending to be autistic. He begged and pleaded with me to trust him and then chose to betray that trust in a very shameful and disturbing way which is too longwinded to write here. He then told me that "if I complain to an institution such as Sussex Police it will lead to my destruction". I complained about this vexatious and highly disturbing comment from this spiteful man pretending to have autism as it was captured on his BWV and this time they didnt pretend he forgot to turn the camera on. HOWEVER - I was told that it was disproportionate to investigate this easily investigatable complaint. All of the officers I have dealt with in reporting these crimes were foul mannered, rude, arrogant and had less integrity than our Prime Minister. I had contact with 6 different PCs, 2 sergeants and an Inspector. All were male. Each individual of each rank made up complete tripe with no shame at all. Then when their lies became impossible to believe anymore as they all contradicted eachother and they had exausted the go-to excuse manuals they refused to engage with me further and became somewhat vindictive and vexatious. If you complain it is futile as they police their own complaints procedure and will have a pathetic, fantastic and/or impossible excuse for EVERYTHING or just fabricate information if they cant think up an excuse. I made a complaint about my case officer (PC Mathew Snelson) after he told me that "I will destroy myself if I complain to an institution such as Sussex Police" and was told by professional standards to liease with him directly to resolve the complaint. He then ignored me for over three months despite weekly messages and calls. I was also told by the Assurance Mannager at OSPCC to liease with him directly as a remedial action. Then another PC (Jamie Abbott-Arridge) told me that the proffesional standards team dont understand their own complaints policy as by default PC snelson was not alowed to speak with me. This is as unproffesional and completely ridiculous as it gets. I then complained to OSPCC who again told me to liase directly with an officer who by default is not allowed to speak to me. Almost 6 months later and the complaint is still UNADDRESSED! COMPLETE JOKE OF A POLICE FORCE. And the police and crime commisioners office is just as hoppeless, Katy Bourne seems to be paid aprox 60,000 p/a for next to nothing.

Inspector Stuart Goodwin is also not very good with the truth or The Equalities Act either. This force did everything in his power to fabricate things and pretend crimes did not happen as it is far easier to do this rather than investigate anything slightly complex.

They must be seen to investigate the odd crime and complaint from time to time but they choose the low hanging fruit and pretend that anything even slightly complex simply never happened.

They do not even recognise The Victims Code. I was told by a call handeling agent that the Victims Code updated a month earlier on the police.gov website is archaic and out of date. The Victims Commisioner and Victim Support do not agree. But Sussex Police are so arrogant that they believe they can toss the Victims Code and my various fundamental rights after reporting a crime out of the window.

As a taxpayer and victim of variouis crimes I feel utterly betrayed by this force and individuals above

A positive review from two grateful women

Having read the very negative reviews on this site about Sussex Police, I have decided to add a positive one from two very appreciative women. When arriving at Barnham railway station on Friday evening we found many Police officers attending a fracas of some kind involving a large number of young people. We were approached by a female officer checking if my friend and I were alright, followed by a very considerate and helpful offer to drive my friend home as they were going in the same direction, thus avoiding her having to travel amongst some of the 'high spirited' youngsters about to board the same train. She was driven to her front door in Worthing by these two extremely pleasant female Community Police officers. We are both extremely grateful for their help and professionalism.

I remain greatly and gravely…

I remain greatly and gravely disappointed in pretty much all of my interactions with this police service throughout the last thirty years. I've reported everything as I should, wherever I've encountered criminal activity in my area from the run of the mill of reporting personal harassment, anti social behaviours, personal assault and unlawful imprisonment and abuse against me as a sufferer of bipolar disorder and Asperger's on the autistic spectrum all experienced. And local drug dealing happening likewise similarly not investigated at all. To finding out crucial details of a past boss I had been working for being involved in a very serious crime being too ignored. I am meaning here a particularly infamous and famous horrible murder of a local millionaire businessman locally. And the knock on effects of that murder being while Sussex Police inteviewed me and ignored my reports, I then lost a close friend to suspicious car crash subsequently. Which Sussex Police refused to fully investigate, in the connection of my then killed friend having used information I had told to him to unwisely blackmail our ex boss for money over the murder. I had told my friend what I knew and had told to police only so Steve would keep away from the ex boss, as he was likely the killer of the Crime watch appeal featured Richard Watson, in the nineties, in East Grinstead in West Sussex. Instead I then afterwards found out my friend was sadly misusing the information I gave to him in confidentiality to go blackmailing the ex boss for lots of money, he later told me he was getting. And that I was right, and the ex boss of ours was guilty of the murder, with his junior manager. ( I had already shown police that those two matched exactly the description of the two who had attacked the thereafter murdered man, first with an electric cattle prod at Trafalgar Computers building on the EG industrial estate. All ignored by police all through even in the reopening of their investigation where I provided details of my experiences with my ex boss. ) I tried to convince my friend not to go down the course he had chosen for himself. And that he was putting himself I thought in great danger by unwisely thinking he could blackmail a murderer. He refused to listen to me, told me he was a tough ex regular soldier and could handle and protect himself from our ex boss. I should have then gone again to police. If only I had dropped my friend in it for blackmail then, he might still be alive today. With his common law partner and his kids. Instead I hesitated hoping I could keep trying to convince him to stop. I think it was very few weeks till his vehicle he was in was run off of the road into a tree near Brambletye Bends. He survived with his passenger - who's refused to meet with me since with messages passed to people for him to speak to me - but then fell dead from a chest crush injury from the steering column. He was not wearing a seat belt. Worse the bloods after the fatal collision where his vehicle was seen to have been forced off the road at the bend into a tree, showed he had taken drugs. So police just did not follow up on the other vehicle causing the crash instead blaming the crash on the drugs personal use. I've always felt it's my fault my friend died. Because of information he learned from me he misused to blackmail a murderer. To this day I keep his picture on my wall on my stairs. And the press clippings of the crash that day he died in. If I had not given him the information he could not have then gone on to misuse it to blackmail. Would still be here as my buddy. Would still be father to his kids and partner to his beloved girl he adored. I wish I could turn back time somehow. I pray to the Lord to one day bring justice. Denied here in life.

What do we pay our taxes for .....

The Sussex police have been nothing but trouble since I was a little boy. They make matters worse by treating you badly and they don’t ever listen to what anyone has to say. They prosecute people who have tried to help and help those who have done wrong. No point telling the police about a drug dealer , they only end up helping the dealer. They harrrass the general public without understanding how they are damaging people’s lives. Unfortunately most of the Sussex police are in their early twenties and have no experience in the real world. They are very rude , never let you finish a sentence , they also say things like “will you let me talk” while you are halfway through explaining something to them. It’s an outrageous police force and I will no longer support my local officers or ever speak to them regarding anything ever again. Nobody feels safe in the south anymore.

Police officers are human and have feelings to.x

For a long time I had bad experiences and negative dealing with Sussex police.... but just because 3 out of 10(for an example) was not very nice doesn't mean they all are... they are just human like us trying to do a job.... a very good job at keeping us safe.... they are someone's son or daughter, dad or mum, sister or brother ect ect and they have feelings like us. They are like any human being if u respect them they will respect you and if u are nice and polite majority of them will be to.im sorry to anyone that has met a not very nice PERSON who works as a police officer... it's not the uniform it's the person behind it. Thank you to all the officers that have restored my faith and genuinely cared about me and came to check on me numerous times.... more times than mental health did! I have been an absolute nightmare i hold my hands up and apologise... and they still genuinely cared if I was ok. I'm so grateful and appreciate it so much. So now I'm going to return the favour and try and restore everyone else's faith in our amazing police force. Always keeping us safe ❤

Very abusive and used excessive force on people having a mental health crisis. I'm covered in bruises and had to wear handcuff which were so painful at one point as I asked for them to be loosened but they refused. Also lied to me about where I was going or what they were doing.

They also protect rapists and ignore victims.

Threat to Kill and Criminal Damage Ignored by Sussex Police - Despite audio and video evidence!!!

I live on Shoreham Beach. For the last three months I have been under sustained attack by an individual. I have been intimidated, threatened, harassed, called outrageous things all of which resulted being shot at by a BB gun, serious criminal damage to my property and a threat to kill me. I have had to call 999 several times as I have been in fear for my life. The individual concerned was arrested having gone on the run for two days. Luckily, or so I thought I have evidence of most of the incidents on audio, video and CCTV which was handed to the Police.
I have just been informed that the case is closed as there is NO EVIDENCE!!!!! The investigating PC has clearly not bothered to review the footage I sent him, or the photographic evidence of the criminal damage or speak to witnesses whose details I have provided. Probably too busy drinking coffee.
This is a complete joke and now gives the perpetrator carte blanche to behave exactly as they please without impunity and this sends a message to those who commit these sorts of offences that its perfectly OK to do so!!!
I am living in fear and this is destroying my life and I know that the perpetrator will now escalate the attacks. How can this be allowed? Perhaps the Police will finally takes notice when I am dead at the hands of this person? Perhaps not.
Is it any wonder that what used to be a lovely place to live is now riddled with crime, anti social behaviour and feral children running amok?
I am a key worker, I have worked crazy hours throughout the pandemic but this has seriously affected my work, my health and wellbeing.
Enjoy your coffees and cakes while the people who pay your wages are under attack and in fear for their property and lives.
Well done!
