I 'bought' a home through Sussex Weald in Horam. The sale had been going along nicely, held up, in part by their solicitors and then, without any warning they sell to another buyer! I now have a sale progressing but no place to buy - its called gazumping and the least others should be aware of is they will do it to you too.
Please heed my advice give this lot a very wide birth.
We bought a new house from Sussex Weald Homes earlier in the year. We have had no major problems but, as to be expected with new homes, there have been a few snagging issues.
