Galanthus 'fieldgate superb'
Purchased from yourselves a snowdrop which arrived very dry.Other companies,wrap in moist moss or arrive in pots of soil. Ive purchased snowdrops from various suppliers, most of whom charge less postage,and package better. Its early days but this snowdrop is currently only one out of fifteen not to have appeared.On day of arrival I had half day holiday & hopefully rescued said snowdrop by immediately potting up & watering. Regretably poor packaging enough to make me consider future purchases.

Thank you for your feedback. On this occasion, we were unable to access our usual moss and therefore used vermiculite - but the bulb was delivered to you less than 24hrs after being dug, so wouldn't have dried out in that time. As for our P&P charges, this is a standard rate, no matter how much you order - and remains competitive with other companies in the industry. We have never once had a complaint about our packaging or prices, so apologies if we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.

it felt so nice
We werent sure when the compost would arrive but it was well worth the wait.
The package was conveniently small.
The instructions were clear.
The rehydrate compost was lovely to handle.
I liked the fact that it could be made in smaller quantities.

Ease of ordering/customer service
Ease of ordering. Kept informed of despatch etc. Although I had to contact customer service as I had not received my order within the expected time, response was swift and an explanation given. Hence 4 star rating. Delay due to Royal Mail service.

Great company
There was lots of choice of Galanthus bulbs on their website and they were well priced as was the P+P. My order arrived quickly and was so well packed; everything either went in the recycling or on the compost heap. The bulbs were absolutely superb. You can buy with complete confidence.
