Sustainabub Reviews

Amazing service, amazing products and great quality!! An easy order and fast delivery. I have ordered a few of the baby wraps for presents for friends of mine and the feedback is great they are over the moon with the purchases! Will continue to use sustainabub and recommend to family and friends!!

The wrap material needs to be stretchier as it is hard to put the baby in comfortably once wrapped.

I bought this baby sling as a gift for new parents and they are over the moon with it.

Took an extremely long time to arrive and on the website it says the material is stretchy but it’s not at all.

Great service, nice packaging. Will buy from you again, thankyou

My order did take quite a while to arrive but the customer service team were very helpful and helped me track the parcel down.

I love the fact they plant a tree for each purchase, makes me feel good as a consumer. Item arrived quickly, and is very nice quality, plus comes neatly packaged in a bag of the same material.

My only caveat is that the instructions provided on how to tie the sling are very simplified, I have watched a load of videos since to better understand what to do. Maybe the company could send a QR code link to a video for future customers.

Have tried various different wraps but the quality of Sustainabub’s wraps are amazing! My baby sleeps comfortably while I get my tasks done. Great colour selection and customer service is brilliant. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve just received the baby wrap that I bought for my auntie and her baby! The quality of this product is incredible! Great customer service too, would highly recommend!

Very good quality, arrived on time very happy with my purchase. Great customer service would definitely recommend.

I bought this for my new baby niece and the quality is great and the delivery was fast! My sister is over the moon as it makes day trips out with my niece so much easier.

Arrived on time, love the packaging and so soft! Colour selection was great and really happy with the purchase.

Friendliest team ever!! They have the best interests at heart for us mothers and our babies. These wraps are amazing quality and eco-friendly! My husband has also given it a go at home and loves it! A lovely way to be close to our little ones. Very helpful team with a great service all round 🤍

Really pleased with the quality of the product, we ordered the storm grey wrap & have been over the moon so far. Overall service from Sustainabub was excellent, with delivery arriving as expected - nicely packaged. Have recommended to friends & will definitely continue to do so!

High quality material, we are really pleased with our purchase. Would 100% recommend

Very happy with our baby wrap, much better than other wraps out there. Didn't take long at all to arrive, very helpful and efficient service from Sustainabub.

I recently purchased a baby wrap from this company and couldn't be happier. The sustainable material not only aligns with my values but also feels incredibly soft against my baby's skin. The delivery was impressively quick, exceeding my expectations. The wrap itself is not only stylish but also provides excellent support, making it a must-have for any parent. I appreciate the company's commitment to sustainability, and their efficient service makes the entire shopping experience a delight. Overall, I highly recommend this product to fellow parents looking for comfort, style, and a commitment to the environment. Five stars without a doubt!

This product is fantastic. Such a firm material that does not sag like some other baby wraps. Easy to use and allows me to freely use both arms and my baby will fall asleep in this every time. The fact that the product is sustainable and eco conscious is a huge advantage and one of the main reasons I chose it, especially given how many different baby wraps are out there. I got the black one which is lovely but there are so many colours to choose from. I would definitely recommend.
