Purchased a saree and blouse but ultimately had to cancel it because of anticipated delays in the Mumbai rain. I was flying out for my graduation and wanted to wear the saree but my departure date was the same as the delivery date. I appreciate how proactive the Suta team was in allowing a cancellation and refund after shipping. Not every brand does it! :)

The company customer care is very not supportive. They won’t provide you solution instead like to be rude and argue. First time purchase, very bad experience..Not recommend!

Very annoying service. I have checked few products and added item to cart but not placed since I feel it's costly. I got continuously calls and whatsapp messages then I have removed from cart. Even after that also I have received calls from the team to follow up with me to busy. If I'm interested I will buy and I don't need any follow-ups as kids get follow-ups for studying. Worst experience and I will never place an order for sure.

I ordered 2 sarees from suta and paid $137 and haven’t received the sarees yet - I keep following up with them , initially they keep saying check email - I’ve no email of where to get it or pay customs or any link - it was not even mentioned - now no response at all - neither they are refunding nor sending sarees ! Bad experience !!!!

Absolutely horrible quality , faded in 2 washes , rude and arrogant owners over priced and over hyped , please buy from local shops

I ordered a readymade blouse from Suta and when I received it, it didn't fit me well, so I requested for an return label. I was told that it cannot be returned as I used a coupon code (for Rs 140 on a blouse that sold for Rs 2200) that had the coupon code name "NORETURN". I told the customer service rep that coupon code names do NOT mean much, it's just some word that is attached to a certain amount or percentage off, and unless you clearly state that the product cannot be returned if the coupon is applied, it doesn't mean anything. I revisited the website to check if there's any such verbiage at the time of placing the order - the website does NOT warn the customer that the order cannot be returned. On top of that, I was told that even if I am allowed return the product, they only issue a store credit, so you are literally forced to buy a crappy product from a store that doesn't quite care about its customer base or long term growth. Suta doesn't deserve my money, I will take my business elsewhere. I would give it a ZERO rating if I could.

Reaching out to you with absolute frustration with my recent Suta online international order # SUTINT001952.
The order is worth of USD378 and was placed on 28th September. The website then said any order above 99 USD qualifies for free shipping. Unfortunately here is not the case. The website said order dispatch would happen within 7 business days.After multiple follow-ups via various channels order was partially dispatched on 15th of October. One part of order tracking even not available via shop after 10 days. Now the DHL says I need to pay additional USD 23 for priority delivery.The email thread I initiated with customer support has been closed saying my ticket closed. I would like to cancel the entire purchase as I have had a terrible customer service experience and been overcharged due to in transparency. Appreciate any help here.

Suta sent me a defective and damaged piece. This is not a stitching defect — the product is clearly torn near the stitching. Selling such a damaged item, which appears to be used, is unacceptable and shows no goodwill towards the customer.

This is not how a responsible seller should handle quality issues.

Pricy blouse, looks elegant but terrible, pathetic fit and the mid-rif is loose, but the bust armscye is awfully tight and I tried pulling off a stitch, worse, the armscye is nicked and cut off from sleeve attachment. XS is not the size they claim, it should be two sizes smaller

I’m quite conflicted in writing this review. I love this brand, have been following them for a while now and finally ordered a saree and a blouse from them. My order arrived very quickly to Australia. Amazing job on that. Saree is beautiful, the quality is excellent. The blouse too is of good material, it’s stitched to look good. I wore it at home to see how it fits. It has a front zip. It zipped down fine, but within seconds the zip kind of broke. The top and bottom of zip remained intact but rest of my chest in the middle got exposed completely. It took me a while to get the zip back up and remove the top somehow. I guess big bust ladies should perhaps size up even if it fits a bit loose cause that zip is not going to hold on if you are moving around or working or bending. It would probably cost me a whole bunch to return the blouse at this point, probably not worth the money to send it back to them and do return process if they even do that. So I’m just giving my honest feedback in case it helps big chested women.

They have the worst customer service. I ordered 4 things, they lost one and it’s been a month and they are still ‘investigating’ and refusing to issue me a refund.
I wanted to exchange something and they said I can’t get store credit can only exchange with another product of a higher value even when I was ready to lose the extra money
because their return portal is the worst UX ever.
Lastly they have system generated emails which have very different terms and conditions and then send you emails saying that’s just system generated and for you this specific policy applies . I have so much more to say how unfriendly the whole customer experience was but I wasted way too much time. Also I order a lot from similar stores and I’ve never had such a disappointing experience anywhere else.

The worst service ever for the worst material suta is selling at high price.after informing with the images they r giving excuses that its delicate silk product and used roughly..I hv not bought a blouse at 3800 to get this kind of material condition after an use only.i only worn it once..apart from this I dnt understand how to rough use blouse..please maintain your quality and be at that level to resolve genuine issue of customer..dnt sell road side product at this high price to snatch money.

Received a saree of very poor quality.What is shown in the customer review photos are good. But i think they are not sending same quality product to all orders. I received a pitiable quality one.Please don't buy it, it's totally wasting of time and money.Very very very disappointed. Even my maid does not wear such cheap saree. Its a very 3rd class and worst quality product i will never say any one to buy it

Being in the UK and lusting for sarees is quite a common desire of every expat.
I happened to hear about Suta from friends. For onam I wanted a kasavu saree and realised that the things available online in UK are priced unfair. So I decided to order from them with shipment included. I was anxious initially but they have an excellent communication system which sends you regular updates on whtsapp and email. There were tony updates. Also their local delivery has options to change dates.
The sarees came in lovely packaging cloth bag which I love. Hope they reduce the plastic. But the biggest surprise for me was they had already fall beaded the saree. I was on cloud 9 cause doing a trek for that in London is painful.

My partner travelled to Mumbai and Bought 28000 worth of stuff from Santa Cruz shop.
I’ve sent the picture of saree and blouse I wanted to my partner, however the staff accidentally gave different blouse of same color.

After coming back to Australia when I opened his bag, I’ve realised that the blouse isn’t the right one.
I called suta immediately, and the lady said “you have to exchange it in 10
Days”.
I explained her the situation twice that my partner is back to Australia, but he will be travelling again next month, can he please exchange it then ?

And the lady said she will check with the department and will WhatsApp me!
Denied to Help!!!

You need to go extra mile sometimes to help. But here, nobody’s interested!
Once they made sale, they don’t care and not ready to understand the situation at all!

Waste of money and time!
Never going back!
Never!

This is one of the best sites to order sarees. Specially the mul sarees.
I have been shopping with them since few years now and they have always delivered quality products and in time.
