From viewing the car and arranging my own finance, although they do offer finance.The staff at SUV are very genuine and always on hand to help answer any questions,but leave you to choose your car at leisure no sales team following you around pestering.

I would not recommend SUV Prestige to anyone cuz they are dishonest and unprofessional and misleading because I spoke to them on email and on the phone to sell them my car which I bought from them 14 months ago nothing wrong with car we agreed the price and told them confirmed it over the phone twice I drove from London to York when I got there a gentleman nice person took my car for test drive so all good nothing wrong with car then he went inside the big bosses said the Boss is not here we can’t buy your car if the boss is not her you didn’t write to us in writing that you coming on Thursday I said I spoke to someone on the phone I didn’t know the person name but the gentleman who drove my car got test drive he said i spoke to Andy but he was coming with all excuses oh the Boss is not here this and that I knew he doesn’t want to buy it I could tell from his big. ( Liar ) he knew I came from London then I had to leave after couple of hours I got a message if you want to leave the car with us we will sell it for u or I can give the car back to them I will not get a penny back the I called the spoke to them on the phone the Liar said cuz we spoke few days ago the prices changed a lot so my car value gone from 22500 pounds to 15300 that’s about 6800 pounds while there car stayed the same price that’s a shock when I bought the car from them all nicy nice supportive and helpful for which I give them 5 star so noe they delivered 1star rating

Wednesday of last week I viewed a BMW X2 that I'd been liking for afew weeks. Terry the salesman was lovely and very knowledgeable aswell as helpful. I went today to pay and collect it. Gary was my handover man and he was brilliant from start to finish,extremely helpful aswell as professional. He helped me tax my new car and even helped me by sorting out my private number plate off my previous car onto my new car. The service I've received at Suv Prestige is the best I've ever had and I'll always go back when I want to change my car again. I honestly can't praise them enough. Every vehicle they sell are like brand new. 10 ⭐ from me. I'm so happy I'm giddy 🥰

Absolute cowboys.

First they took the map chip out of the car. They rectified this.

Then a week later engine management light comes on. They lead my down a path telling me to get it fixed they will sort it out it, only to liquidate. I’m now left with a hefty bill and after contacting autoguard I have been told SUV never registered any warranty whatsoever on my vehicle so they have just completely robbed whilst also trying to upsell 12 month warranties with no intent to ever register them. I would avoid this owners future business’. Seems likes nothing but a cowboy!

just purchased a honda jazz crosstar with less than 800 miles on the clock. the car was delivered on friday 5th jan. it came on a trailer and arrived safe and sound to my house in a small flintshire village. the car is unblemished and looks brand new. i bought the car for my wife and she is totally delighted with it. thank you suv prestige for supplying an immaculate car at a keen price.and thank you for your friendly no fuss business way of operating. we are over the moon with the car and highly recommend you as a great company to deal with. cheers.
