My main issue with SuzeSport is that they do not adhere to their own terms and conditions.

Returns and refunds

"If you change your mind and wish to return an item please do so within 14 days, provided that you contact us first, The returned item must be in its original packaging and with the certificate of authenticity. It must reach us in the same manner and condition that it was dispatched".

I was not happy with the level of Authenticity that came with the product. Granted, perhaps I should have asked more about it before purchasing, but seeing this in the terms and conditions, I thought, that I could just return it if needed.

Wrong! The customer service ended up messaging the 'Authenticator' (Who has just a private group on instagram) informing them that I was 'crying' about the authenticity. They then refused to provide me with a returns address, called me a child and blocked my socials.

If this does not absolutely stink of unauthenticity - I don't know what does. Lovely people to deal with until you want to return something, then break their own terms and conditions, become verging on abusive and childish, and give you no way to get your money back.

***Update - They have now changed their terms and conditions to cover their tracks. Where it used to read 'If you change your mind and wish to return an item', it now reads 'If your item was to arrive damaged'.

Just bought a framed boxing glove, signed by Carl Froch and George Groves, it is beautifully presented in an excellent domed frame, complete with a certificate of authenticity too. The item was also very well wrapped and packaged. I will definitely buy from this seller again without hesitation!
