I’m new here & met with Coach Patrick today. He was easy to communicate with. He answered my questions & I even had an Ah Ha moment so to speak. He was informative & encouraging. Ordered some supplements & excited to start them. I am feeling positive & very impressed thus far.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO.

This is very misleading. I thought I was paying only $31.10 to check it out. That is the only order confirmation I ever received, but I just realized they've been charging the credit card I used an additional $52.55 monthly for 3 months. I have been receiving multiple emails a day, but not one mentioned this additional charge. This is a scam.

Why are you still charging me I was…

Why are you still charging me I was supposed to just gets 1 time charge of 24$ then I get a charge for 60 some than another charge next month for another 52,55 stop changing me cancel everything this is ridiculous

Great customer service…

I actually purchased one and done several years ago and didn't use it regularly. Everyone has been supportive and helpful when I haven't been able to log in and I appreciate the great customer service. I can fit the program in my schedule and the exercises even if only 7 minutes have definitely been working and I love the fun exercises.

I love the one and done exercises

I love the one and done exercises. I am at the beginner level, and going at my own pace. I am 70 years young and haven't exercised for a while. This is a great way to get back into moving if you haven't in a while.

Good program but…

I really like the One and Done programme I bought but the emails trying to persuade me to make further purchases are incessant. Sometimes multiple emails a day. It’s too much!

More upright exercise and less product suggestions.

Exercise is great. The option to skip certain routines would be helpful. I can't do floor work and anything that is done upright or in a chair works for me. The number of emails seemed excessive to me. It borders on harassment. I barely started the exercise and a "coach" was trying to sell me products that would cost $1,700.

The videos are clear and straightforward. While the guidebooks are awesome too, the order of the videos doesn't match the order in the guidebook. Beyond that, the program is good!

Expect disappointment and additional selling

I had thought this looked great the name sold itself to me, One and Done. Except its not just one is it, this is the basis from which they sell all other products on a daily basis into your inbox. If it really was One and Done there'd be no need for additional products to melt fat away or additional workouts etc etc. I don't know if I'll go back to this but the constant sell, sell, sell via email just put me off doing any of it because it felt like I'd been scammed.

Invigorating

While I received the program immediately I was also inundated with emails and phone calls. I would also have liked actual physical DVDs. Some of the exercises are beyond my capabilities due to previous injuries. I am trying the modified versions. I am definitely sore after only 2 days.

Options for every level.

I like the options given for level of capabilities. I am 74 year old . Four years post liver transplant. Ten years post knee replacement that did not go as expected. Yada yada yada. I have looked at Meredith's posts on Instagram for years and have decided why not give it a try. She is a positive, you can do it coach

Good workouts, highly annoying sales process, NOT 7 minutes!!

It's aggravating to have to wait for a ridiculously long video to place an order. Also the 3 million times repeated phrase "7 minutes a day" is complete BULL. The videos have to be individually clicked on, al different lengths, there's no figuring out how many to do, where the end is. I did 4 or 5 videos and it took about 20 minutes, skipping most of the "demo's" (which is nice to offer). I will look into it more tomorrow, but it's pretty crappy that when you're talking to people that are short on time, but committed to workout, you make a horribly confusing process. I don't even know what a full workout looks like bc 20 minutes passed and I had to stop the series of pages of videos. I don't get it. Maybe it's me, but the app seems to be poorly designed as far as accessing the workouts. Having to click on multiple videos throughout is not efficient. I hope it's user error. I welcome input!
