I find the One and Done very perfect…

I find the One and Done very perfect for someone who hasn't exercised in a while. I just started the beginners exercises and it's perfect for me. I do them twice and i feel great and look forward to continue the next day. Its not rough and tough, its exactly what I need. If i feel like its getting too easy, ill switch with the intermediate series.

Pleasantly Surprised

Was very happy that the program I purchased was all that I received and nothing more...expected to see additional charges for things I did not want. Also was happily surprised when I received the Coach Call that was scheduled. The person was so nice and pleasant to talk to even though I chose not to sign up for additional coaching at this time.

Beginning exercising ? No problem with these workouts !

I love this. I am still only on the beginners exercise regime but it is "bite sized" so I can fit my exercise before I start work. There are also a demo for each exercise so you can remind yourself of how to do the exercises, if you need to !

Workouts That Work!

I love how short the training videos are and that there are different video workouts for each day. I'm also very happy to have lost a few inches in about a month's time without changing my diet.

The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the daily videos are not presented in the same order as suggested in the manual, making it more challenging to follow the sequence of videos without having to continually refer back to the manual.

It would also be better if the warm-up and flow-down were included at the beginning and end of each daily video in the beginner series so that we don't have to search for and click 3 different videos each day to complete the full workout.

Overall, I'm very happy with it and will continue using this training platform for my workouts.

Having a chance to exercise in our busy life is very important and having program with good instructions and in such a short time, feeling good, that's what I was looking for! Thanks!

This progam has grerat instructions and really I do feel difference. I just came back to my routine of exercising every morning and the fact that it doesn't take much time, but you are seeing results is amazing.
The only thing, website was change a little and somehow I preferred the previous arrangement (was more user friendly), buy trying to get use to it.

Returning back to regular exercise…

Co-ordination is key

While I appreciate the effort behind the content, the current volume is becoming overwhelming. Rather than helping me progress, the influx of emails is causing confusion. I’m looking for a more personalized, intensive, and laser-focused plan that respects my schedule. As a busy professional, I simply cannot keep up with the volume of emails, yet I worry that unsubscribing might lead to me missing vital information. Additionally, my last coaching session was cancelled on very short notice after I had already cleared my schedule. I’m hoping tomorrow’s appointment will proceed as planned.

The program is good. Exercises are great with the videos. Finding the meal menus and recipes is challenging but it is getting easier with practice.

These workouts are easy and effective

These workouts are easy and effective. I'm on day 4 and I'm feeling good, not lethargic. I live in an RV and I can do these exercises right in my tiny kitchen.

Svelte training is great

Svelte training is great - I bought one and done and love it plus I use their free video workouts, which I also like.
My only criticism might be that once you buy something you are bombarded with other stuff but if you can work your way through it, the workouts are good and it’s worth it.
I do not like the other third party selling but I just delete it as it comes in!

As a 75 yr old

As a 75 yr old, I listened to your presentation and was anxious to start. However there were so many update adds that I was not interested in. When I finally go to what I think is the 7 minutes a day program, I'm still not sure what exact segments I'm supposed to be doing everyday. I think your site should be more specific about what constitutes the 7minute program. I'm still working my way thru and hopefully by the end of the week, I get it figured out. If not I will be requesting my money back. Your video presents was very inspiring I'm hoping to find it.
