Too many pushy sales

There were too many solicitations for yet another product that is the key and absolute must have. There were contradictions within the sale, such as "Don't exercise too much, just 7 minutes, but do several rounds, and here's another series you should add in." I didn't get the freebies with my One and Done purchase. I couldn't opt out of an add-on membership I accidentally chose during the first purchase. The button to cancel that membership with it's $49.99 per month subscription led to another long page of argument to continue membership and a lower price offer, but the cancel membership button on that second page doesn't work. The cancel membership button for the One and Done does not lead to a clear cancellation message. It looks like it just signed me out of the app, so I'm not sure if I cancelled for the 60 day money back guarantee or not. There's no mention of that anywhere. Following the meal plan made me feel bloated. I probably should have started with the intermediate exercises to see benefit instead of the beginner series, but I didn't see much difference in the type of exercises compared to other calisthenics series I've done.

I am enjoying the lessons

I am enjoying the lessons. I am on the beginner level. Glad to be able to modify some of the exercises. I have many limitations. My complaint is that I am having difficulty accessing my workout calendar to be able to start my 3 days a week.

I found the enrolling video & process…

I found the enrolling video & process informative and attractive, but to long and a bit confusing. I somehow signed up for an additional plan without realising it until the money left my account.
However I received a refund very quickly, the process very professional. I’m thoroughly enjoying the one and done programme, in the short time I have followed it everyday, it already feel it is making a difference. Thank you Mere and Team,

Today was my first day

Today was my first day. I didn’t know how many of the sessions I had to do. I did up to and including the flow down. Was I supposed to go further?

Exercise plan

Although the exercises are good there is so much information to read that I’m confused as to how many I should be doing in a day. When I first saw the infomercial it stated just 7 mins a day but I did about 30 mins going on to the next exercise etc and wasn’t sure if that was right. Enjoyed it though. It would be better if the exercises were put into days so you know exactly what you need to do.

I was appalled to receive notice that I had a $300 credit that did not relate to my recollection of the price to which I signed up. Bad marketing that caused me anxiety and worry that you were playing with my credit card. I hate pressure marketing!

I purchased the meal plan for a one…

I purchased the meal plan for a one time charge of $31.76. I haven't been able to do anything on the app. Now 7 days later it is try charge my account for another $53.66. I have not made any other purchases and what I did purchase was a one time payment. This sight is a scam. When I try to cancel my account it says that I don't have an account.

The One and Done program is nice and easy. However, comes with annoying number of attempting in selling daily emails.

The One and Done program is easy to follow with very basic movements that got me up and moving again. The emails after registration for additional programs and purchases are excessive with a handful coming in daily and from multiple staff.
