The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt…
The worst company I have ever dealt with! They had a delayed delivery and when it arrived it had 6 discolored panels.
The agent did not help and told us we had to deal directly with the manufacturer.
After many months the manufacturer sent the panels and some time later a service person who only replaced one panel.
The spa also leaks through a jet adjustment knob which has discolored that chrome surface.
Almost 1 year later we’re still waiting for our spa to be repaired. They are not answering our messages and we can not get in contact with the service person. I would NEVER consider to purchase anything from this manufacturer again with so many options available with other suppliers
