The products supplied are good and the ordering process is easy. My only criticism is the delivery via early bird. The delivery is usually later than specified, but the most annoying is that the package was put inside the letterbox (using a key to open it) but the packet is too large to be able to remove it through the slot. So I had to go to the PostNord office to ask them to open the letterbox for me to retrieve the packet. In future the packet can be left on top of the letterbox which is inside the building please (it would appear that common sense isn't that common!)
