I dont like the return policy
I dont like the return policy. Shoes must be unworn with tags still attached. How can you know the fit unless you try them on your feet and walk around your house? Now I have shoes that are too tight and can't return them.

Excellent Service, amazing prices!!!
Did shopping online on February 6, 2023. I ordered three pairs of winter boots for great price. Received on February 7 an email that my order was shipped and on February 10 I received my order and an email confirmation.
Very impressed with quick service, communication, and care (everything was packed with care in the large box with paper for support between boxes).
I would definitely recommend online shopping!

Ordered these quickly because they had really good sales, which I’m kind of surprised because its not boxing day but definitely a good thing. I originally ordered a pair of boots for my niece they ran a little small so had to refund them && rebuy them as they dont do exchanges. Let me tell you super high quality boots but you might need to order up a size for kids. Very happy it came in only a couple of days too & i didnt do expedited shipping so it was free.
Also originally wen i contacted their customer service to return my item they were really fast.

The issue is with shipping Not coordinated with private shippers and SVP
I tried to get an order cancelled
I received a phone call and was asked to listen to excuses
I refused
Then I got a nasty e -mail with fabrication that I used insulting and threatening language
This is NOT a company anyone should purchase from
