BAD BAD BAD! MY package has been in transit for 3 months! Terrible customer service. Not sure I will ever get my purchase.

Such a waste of time. Do not buy from them.... wish I had read all these reviews before ordering.
Literally not getting a response from them and have emailed on numerous occasions.

Ordered items in March 2020, and still haven't received! I HATE SCAMMERS and throwing my money away! Heck, if I didn't need the product, I wouldn't have ordered! This company operates on Bullcrap!!

I really wished I had seen these reviews before I ordered my item from them. Which by the way was ordered back in March, 2020. As of date I still have not received. The so-called tracking number doesn't seem to work. Did get a noticed that my package is in Ontario, Canada and has been sitting since May 11, 2020, really!?!? I need a refund...because what I ordered I needed for an event that has come and gone. BEWARE OF PURCHASING from them.

My packages never came ! They sent me a fake tracking number and the customer service sucks just like this so called company ! I asked for a refund and they never respond bank to any of my messages ! Me and several other people are working on turning this business in to the authorities and they will be investigated

I wish I read all the reviews first. Omg. This place SUCKS. Big time. I ordered red stems for my car it took a month to get tome. Then they sent blue. I have pictures and everything. They didn’t want to hear it. Said you have 24 hours or some bull would not let me return or refund. I had to file a complaint with pay pal. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Rip off. Robbers.

This company is not worth even one star but I had to click on it in order to be able to write this review. I had placed an order on January 20, 2020. Received a confirmation the same day saying they're working on the order and will advise when despatched. They also billed my credit card the same day and got the money. Since then, nothing. Its now mid June. No tracking number and no refund on my credit card although I've send numerous requests for a refund. Don't trust this company and don't ever buy from this company,

I ordered a Anti-Virus Face Shield and one month later I received a a defective product.

Contrary to what they say, they do not have customer service and they do not reimburse. They are just waiting for you to give up. If anyone knows where to file a complaint against this type of company, please indicate this.

This review is the swablue mall incompetent people and company. This people steal your money. They tell you the carrier has it and the carrier doesn't. They don't even tell you what carriers they use. They send the same emails over and over again. They even ask you to send them the order number when they have it in their own emails. DO NOT BUY FROM SWABLUE. DON'T GET ROBBED. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND YOU. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. THEY REFUSE TO RESPOND PERSONALLY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY.

I ordered toe nail patches. They took over a month to arrive. When they came they were in a clear plastic bag with no instructions at all. Tried them out but didn't stay stuck on the nail. Totally useless. Do not buy this product. It doesn't work! And you will be ripped off.
