They were doing business as Sweet Beary…

They were doing business as Sweet Beary on FB. Total fraudulent site. Like others have said, they take your money then produce this fake order number indicating that the shipper has not picked up the package. They claimed to be doing business out of Canada. I ordered two items using Pay Pal and then realized they had no customer service, no email response, nothing. I filed a report with FB and asked Pay Pal and my credit card company for a refund. My Sweet Beary purchase was charged to Swa Blue. Also, there are horror stories of individuals being told they have to pay shipping charges back to China for defective or incomplete orders. Who does business like this? This company is all about getting your money. then refusing to answer emails. No phone number for customer service i provided. And the Sweet Beary website has now been closed. Go figure/ All part of Swa Blue fraud.

I ordered my nail drill on april 29th…

I ordered my nail drill on april 29th and still have not recieved items...Email them multiple times and have repeatedly asked for tracking information to be updated.
My package has been sitting in the same location for over a month now. I need advice On Next steps because all I know to do is to contact the Better Business Bureau? So frustrated!!!

Unbeliveble

I ordered patches and I received the items (late, but received) only in a trasparent little plastic bag without any instruction or writing how to use, composition, Materials, where It is made... nothing. I’ve payed 17,00 Euro for ten little patches without any package.

I ordered an item from them on the…

I ordered an item from them on the evening of April 13, 2020. 6 weeks later I still didn't receive anything so I contacted them. They did reply and asked me for info, which I gave to them. Another email I gave with screenshots from my PayPal with the purchase info. They told me that my item was delivered back on January 24, 2020. I asked them how can I receive an item before the date it was delivered? Again they emailed me back saying that I should contact my courier asking about my item, They also said it's customers responsibility to provide correct info. I told them that in my screenshots it has the date of the purchase, my shipping address is there too.

Worst Internet Experience

This was the worst internet order experience I’ve ever had. Swablu mall smart smile is where I ordered my snap on smile. It is NOTHING like what was advertised. I am completely upset and I cannot even get a refund. A complete waste of my money

I placed an order on 4/27 never received the item. Email support and received email back saying order has been shipped, at this time unable to offer a refund on shipped item. I will never order or recommend this company to anyone. This is bad for business 'poor rating'.

Like many of the reviews above, my order was placed on April 15, then about a week later they said the item was shipped. The tracking shows that a Chinese shipping company has it, then…nothing. It's now almost 45 days later. Customer service emails reply with the canned excuse that the pandemic is causing the delay which is understandable, but over a month after the expected arrival and according the tracking number, it's still in China.

If Swablue is not a scam (all indications say it is), then it's one of the most poorly run companies I've ever dealt with. Stay away from Swablue.

1 Star is too much for this company

1 Star is too much for this company! I ordered 4/17 and still have not received my package. Tracking shows it is still in transit. Contacted them multiple times and they refuse to give a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! It is a scam! Wish I would have read the reviews first!

Scammers!!!!!!

I ordered my item on April 8th, it's now May 23rd and I still haven't received it. The website is now saying I do not have an account, and won't let me sign in with my previously used info. They won't respond to any emails.
