Have received my order,, eyebrow stamp!! No stamp, only powder.. Totally conned, will never use again

I’ve still not received my order and no refund I think they just scsmed me out of my money how sad to do that to trusting public people I will not order from them ever again

Its 4 months now since i ordered 1 item. They dont communicate unless you ask how far THE ITEM IS and even the response, comes back after days.

While looking at the tracking code today, the item is still in China......Am so disappointed

SCAM, I ordered a package April 27th and only after I did so was I charged 50$ (the package advertised was 30$) then I attempted tracking it and the tracking number doesn't exist. The emails for customer service are fake and the when you call it starts with Swablue and ends with some other fake company. Losers, scammers, just a piece of crap company. Fake. Do not order from here unless you want your money stolen and useless "helpers" on the other side of emails. They ignore your proof and messages they do not like.

I got mine they are hard as hell no instructions 2 hard pieces of plastic I have no idea what for helpppp

I ordered 8 x Wrist Pouches.
Only 5 arrived.
I made contact via email to advise them.
They asked me to email a picture of the shipping label & contents.
I emailed them a picture of both.
Anne from customer support said that the shipping label said 8....
I again replied saying yes shipping label did say 8 but only 5 arrived.
I am still waiting for a reply..
All I would like is a refund for the 3 I DID NOT RECEIVE...

ordered the wig band 2 months ago and haven't received it yet no way to get in contact with customer service money just gone can't get reimbursed please don't order from these people just a scam

One Star is a gross exaggeration... this isn't a company, it's a scam operation. And Facebook (with all its money) should be making an effort to help shut it down because Facebook is where they advertise.

Here we are in the midst of a pandemic and this company advertises protective gear it does actually have available, keeps your money, and strings you on with nonsense replies from their supposed customer service base.

I have same problem. Ordered in March & you can’t track. 2nd e mail I tried to send won’t deliver. Guess I can say goodbye to my money. Update! Another e- mail sent to Swablue. Still no item. Still no money back. Never use steve@ Swablue again

Terrible company.

This is a fraudulent company. Ordered my product 2 months ago. Never received anything. Shipping tracking number is fake. I’ve tried to reach out to company and their contact email comes back that the address doesn’t exist. I saw their ad in Facebook and that’s how I ordered. Therefore I’ve reached out through messenger and they open and read my messages but never respond. How can we get our money back?

Ordered the reusable match sticks after waiting two months i still don't have my order , I sent a email to see where my order is but I doubt I'll hear back from them should have read reviews before I sent them my money ffs . Well live and learn

Horrible! My order was placed on March 13th and the tracking information has not been updated in 6 weeks. When I contacted their customer support, they simply copied and pasted the tracking information and asked that I wait some more. A week later, I asked for a refund since my order has clearly been lost and now, there is no communication from them at all.
SCAMMERS!

Still waiting on my product 2 weeks later. They acted like they didnt know who I was when I contacted them with my info. We'll see of I ever get my product. I've already disputed the charge with PayPal

Very bad service. It is been three months since I placed and payed my order. In the web they mention that the company is in USA but it is In China. They promise 20 day delivery but is is lie. No refund policy. Absolutely disappointed.

SCAMMERS. Don't purchase from them. Bought clear face masks on headband- but can't see through them as opaque! Useless. And expensive. The plastic they were wrapped in was clearer than the mask.
The customer service rep, Anne, asked me to send photos which I did and then she wrote back ''Do note that all specification were presented in the website for your reference upon ordering''....funny I didn't notice that it said you couldnt see through them!

Do not use this company- I bought something from them which did not think as good as expected. I returned it to the UK address which was on the outside of the parcel as the return address. No other paperwork. When I chased the refund I was told that was not their return address after much email traffic the answer was still ‘that is not our returns address’! I am going to go through my card company now and hope they get blacklisted. Should have read reviews before I went near them.

Too bad I cannot give them a negative score, but I did report these scammers to the BBB, City of Toronto during the pandemic.
These shameless fraudster sold me 3 very cheaply made plastic face shields that are totally useless!! Only after paying I received a conformation that I was charged in USD, and it cost me almost $50. There are many red flags on their website.
Everyone, call your credit card company and ask them to refund you the money, as I did, explaining the reasons.
Although, they can and should be reported to the police' fraud unit, as criminals!!
BBB has their address as 183 Wellington St W. in Toronto. It's probably fake too.

They are scammers I have ordered a laser hair remover since March 5 was given a fake tracking after several emails to this day the problem as not yet resolved I want my money back with all these reports how could you guys have these scammers up and running with peoples credit card info

This company is absolutely laughable. The teeth that they advertise is a complete sham. The only time I could put these cheap plastic monstrosities in my mouth is if I was going to a clown party. Don’t get sucked in. Can’t believe they are still operating.
