Worst thing I have ever purchased on line....mine arrived broken after one month...tried to contact them for a replacement with no reply from anyone....DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT>>>>>>RUBBISH<<<<<<<<

I ordered their cheap instant smile alternative just to see if it was even close to something real or comparable to instasmile and I literally was in shock as I opened the package (after a month of tracking-less shipping) I was interested to see their product but I couldn't help but feel had.
It's absolutely positively completely trash. I think this place makes their money on volume selling and the customers then don't bother with a refund because it's not enough money to jack with, so they win and we lose.
Shame on you swablue. I hope you get investigated and closed down.

Disgraceful from start to finish.
Stay clear of these gangsters.
Ordered a "YES" hair removal product that was supposed to remove by heat sensor and leave wonderfully smooth skin.
After about 7 weeks it arrived and guess what?, It not anything close to what they advised!!!
Certainly no heat sensor, yes, the light on top gives the impression it is but when u put it to skin, then you feel the trimmer blade.
That's exactly what it is, a glorified hair trimmer, and that's not even any good.
You are given a fine mesh foil attachment also for short stubble.
This is what first set me wondering, as I couldn't figure why one would want this if it's heat sensor removing!!
But I tried this also on short stubble, I think the stubble got longer then!!
That's how bad this product is.
Done all the usual trying to get a refund, but just the pathetic reply showing how to claim it, one point of policy they have is "if the item is not as said"
Well this certainly wasn't, yet they just keep sending the same reply.
Run as many miles away as is possible when you see these scammers

You just have to read every review here & on their website to see how terrible this company is. I bought a match tool for my 76 year old father who lives interstate for his birthday gift. It didn’t work. Swablue took weeks to respond and I had to escalate to PayPal. With my father self isolating due to CO19 he sent video evidence of it not working instead of posting it back & requested a partial refund accordingly. Still no refund of any kind.

I order in February and parcel still cant be located..swablu say it has..i keep emailing cause you can't get anyone on the phone..i keep asking for tracking and the one they given doest work at post office here in houston..so why cant they give me a valid tracking or my money back..they wont even help me help the post office..it should be a timeline of the parcel destination..who hand it first to last..seem like it just vanish..why cant they tell me who had it last..DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM..THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CARE LESS ABOUT YOU AS A PAYING CUSTOMER

STAY AWAY they will not deliver and hence mess u up. Zero customer service.

I made my order in February before the lockdown started, up till today April 5 (7weeks) no email no apologies.
I have made other orders even from China in March and they delivered. Please return our money to us. People are still running business even with covid

If there was a zero or a minus 10 that's what I would choose. Do not ever waste your time or money with this store. It has now taken them a month and a half to just process my order. Now I get to wait for the shipping process. I tried to cancel my order and get my money back but then all of a sudden they claim it's been sent to delivery even though the website still says "preparing to ship" again over a month after they took my money. I've tried to speak to a manager but when you call, they say to send an email and disconnect the call. All the emails are scripted not even personal to your concern. I've never before seen a company operate like this. Oh and the covid-19 issue does not apply. I place this order along with another from an international shipper the same day in February and it only took that company 2 weeks to get my order to me. They're going to use every excuse they can but they are worthless beyond comprehension.

They don't even deserve a star but it was the only way to write a review. FAKE FAKE FAKE. I only order from them because they posed as a Canadian based company but they are NOT Canadian, they are in China and they don't send you your order. Also, the tracking information is FAKE. PLEASE DON'T SHOP WITH THEM!

Never even got the product I paid for! Even after waiting several months for delivery. They sent it to NEW ZEALAND and tried convincing me it’s the address I put down when I live in Tennessee. Won’t give me refund!

Chinese scam . Don't waste your money. Product came in a damaged box and took 4 months to arrive. The on button was broken. It was missing parts. Don't waste your money!!!

Took nearly 2 months for over priced item to arrive. Customer service is rubbish and product has cut me to shreds first use. (Hair remover) Never Ever use this company I have logged a complaint lets see where that doesn't get me

Wish I could give 0 stars. I further wish I had read reviews prior to ordering! I attempted to cancel my order approximately (1) hour after placing it. The phone number did not reach any person, only a computerized message. I attempted to reach someone about canceling my order and I followed the phone prompts... each number I pressed, I was given the same message that it was not a recognizable selection!!! I emailed them (4) times on the day of my order. They responded the following morning, stating there would be a $5 restocking fee, I replied “okay.” Then they send another email the following day telling me that it was too late to cancel! What in the world?!?! Not once have I been able to speak with an actual person. This is just a very elaborate scheme/scam! I doubt if any products are ever being sent out and I would love to support anyone in helping to get rid of this bogus company.

I don’t even want to give u guys one star. But my product didn’t work I head on to if for a few weeks after I emailed them. About it. Took over a month to email me back and they still are taking forever to answer my emails. Don’t ever buy form them there products don’t work and they don’t get back to u till it’s been 30 days so they don’t have send back the product or want ur money back. They are big time rip offs

I ordered a month ago never received my order pr a refund can't get in touch with company product tracking number is fake e-mails are fake they say they was in canada that was a lie they are in china! Whole company is fake don't shop with them It's a complete scam! Beware scam scam scam🙅😠✌

Customer care was useless. Took about a week in between replies. Ordered a product that never arrived but they kept telling me 'it's on the way'. Eventually they said that it was sent back to them because the address was incorrect which was a lie since it was 100% correct and according to the tracking it never even crossed the border in China. THEN they said it had to be sent back to a different location to be destroyed to protect the integrity of their products and I won't be refunded. All this was over almost 2 months... SHOCKING!!! A SCAM!!!
