I regret not reading any of these reviews before placing an order. I have yet to receive any products which I paid expess delivery fee. The tracking number does not help and I haven't been able to speak with anyone. Please don't order from this company. They are taking people's hard earned money and not delivering any products.

8 weeks and still nothing . I asked for the order to be cancelled. I was advised there was a $5 restocking fee. If it has been dispatched surely it would have been restocked then , if it hasn't been dispatched it does not need re stocking . I either want it or want a refund . Awful service.......

This company is a scam. My ordered product has not arrived in two months. The tracking number is false. When they replied to my first email (others have been ignored) they lied about the product being in transit in my country. I got caught by not reading reviews but I hope I can help to stop others being scammed.

Item ordered in mid Jan 2020 and to date nothing has arrived, about 2 weeks the company asked for a further $2 To deliver the item.
I wish I had read all these reviews before paying up.
Now I’ll be taking this up with PayPal as the payment went through them and that is the very reason I use PayPal to prevent being a scam victim. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Do not purchase from Swablue! I purchased a Gentle glide. It worked for a few times only. After following the instructions exactly money lost. Emailed a few times, they refuse to get back to me.

BUYER BEWARE!! This is a sham company they take your money they will not ship your product. Tracking is phony. When tracking finally came it turns out it's all bullpucky, it doesn't really exist. They have no contact numbers. When they respond to you through PayPal you cannot respond back to them. Unfortunately I wish I would have seen the reviews first, it's very apparent by all the other reviews that this company is a phony, a fraud, a company that all people should be aware of. I guess I'll be like everybody else and file a formal complaint with PayPal, it appears that this company is in China, most likely out of somebody's living room. In my opinion these types of scams are probably funding some very awful groups.

I warn that this store is a fraud and scam people, I bought a product on December 16, 2019 and the product has not yet arrived, they do not communicate with me, and they do not want to return the money to me. Please be careful with this shopping site.

Item never received. Tracking numbers are bogus.......doesn't work. Money never refunded. Very Poor customer service response.

Guys if u see there website photo snap a pic of it put it on facebook and write a review of our own of how crappy it is so ur friends dont suffer the same fate. This is how u beat this type of crap. U cant let them get away with itm and also how u put them out of business also ask them to share it so there friends can see what u went thru. And word of mouth makes a big difference

NOT worth even 1 star. These people are scammers. Ordered an item late December and after many emails this is the response today,
'Thank you for your email. Your package is being returned back to our manufacturer due to (incomplete/incorrect address/customer cannot be contacted). Once the item is returned to the supplier, it goes to a separate handling facility where it gets destroyed. This prevents recycling of the products and maintain the integrity of the item.

Unfortunately we are no longer able to resend the item if has been returned to sender. This also makes the customer ineligible for refunds. Let me know if you have any questions.

Again, we apologise for the circumstances of your order.

What a joke! Beware they have opened another website.

Be careful guys. These scammer opened another website sweetbeary .com . Same scammer with different name. These time they did not provide company information like before.

Ordered 3 of their shavers and they only sent out 2. I emailed them and got a response back asking me to send them a picture of what I received. As though that will prove much? They confirmed receipt of the images and said they'd get back to me. A while later out the blue another email to say my details had been passed somewhere else. It's been a few weeks now and I've heard absolutely nothing.

This company have taken my money and not provided me with the products I've order which ultimately makes them thieves. Do not do any business with them.

UPDATE: Missing order eventually came through but took a long time.

Can nothing be done to halt this company's existence? Surely they can't keep doing this to people all over the world!? NO COMMS, NO REFUNDS, CHEAP IMITATIONS, 3 MONTHS' DELIVERY TIME - IF EVER!!!, WRONG ADDRESS DELIVERY - AND THE LIST GOES ON!

Again I am warning people not to buy anything from these people. They are scammers. They provide no support and don’t reply to emails when warranty or not receiving items. Their products are glorified toys. Cheap and worthless. Beware and shop elsewhere. I am warning you now Before you make the biggest mistake of your life.

BUYER BEWARE! Stay far far away from this company! Received my razor product mangled and broken. Been emailing for 6 weeks now with no resolution! Refused to send new one or refund me. Now trying to get refund through PayPal but I need to jump hoops to return the product track it etc etc. Wish I read reviews before wasting my money!
