I ordered the Self-heating Tourmaline Knee pads on 1/6/2020, and have yet to get them!! Tried calling # provided after I couldn't track it and there is no one to talk to!! Went on the support page and left and message requesting a refund. Now I wait, response time is 24 hrs. We'll see...

If only you could do 0 stars. Most dodgy company going around. Ordered a dog chain that was advertised as stainless steel. I asked if it would be strong enough to hold a lead and they responded "absolutely ". 3 weeks later it finally arrived. Dog had it on for 5 minutes, my 1 year old son pulled at it and shattered into 20 pieces. Was made from cheap plastic. Could snap every link with my fingers. Took me 18 days and about 20 odd emails to get answers out of them. They ignored every issue I brought up with them until they finally responded "there was a problem with our website, it's made from plastic, sorry". You can't leave bad reviews on Facebook because they seem to own that review system due to 100% 5 star rating and doesn't let you leave bad reviews. This company needs to be shut down

Worst store in the world. If I could give this no stars I would. You can’t even return their damage products they make all these excuses and put you in this long process to make a video of their damage products and plus they make you pay for the mail returns. also I sent over 7 emails to them repeating I want a refund when they finally responded properly like W T F?!?! Amazon is way better. Amazon is like No questions ask. if this store can’t even trust you why trust them. S***** store in the world 😡 don’t even bother buying their products it’s all a scam. Also it’s my fault trying to trust a random store tht is advertised on fb. Can’t believe I’m stupid enough to even try🤦. NEVER AGAIN!!! I should have listen to the bad reviews. Also I’m pretty sure the website just deletes the bad reviews because they emailed me saying they can’t put up this bad review on their store website and gave it a week to post 😒 pfff been a week and they haven’t even posted it. Such a dishonest store. First time I’ve ever been so pi**** off with any store in my life and I’m pretty patient. yeah don’t buy from this store. You will get yourself in a s*** storm just trying with them. I took the case up with PayPal. Hopefully pay pal will help me.

Scam company as previously mentioned

Ordered from NZ and it arrived but product is useless and is of very poor quality. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so I currently have an escalated case with them, and fingers crossed will receive a refund.

This company is selling Hair Remover Shaver for 30 USD or so, but its totally a junk and not working at all. The shaver which I received is not charging and piece of junk. On web site they show there Company from Canada, but in actual its Chinese Company. The will send you the product within the country you live, and in the end when you want to return you they will say to you to send it back to China by registered post that they can track it, and then the will decide whether to refund or not. So, be carefull......

Their delivery time is the worst on the planet! Apparently, they rely on pack mules and brain-dead carrier pigeons to deliver their products. I've had packages delivered by boat from China arrive more quickly! If you can get the same product anywhere else, i STRONGLY advise you to do so.

Ordered and received the hair remover. Took about 3 weeks. Tracked all the way to door through NZ post app.
Product true to description, brand new, packaged and seems to work well. Shave heads a little awkward to remove but once you get the hang of it, gets easier.
All instructions in English with pics.

This company is a joke. I received an email from Anna who was very rude and wasnt interested in why I wished to return the hair remover for a full refund, just assumed I wasnt using it correctly when I was and it didn't work and also the second head was in 3 pieces and wouldn't fit together and stay together. They ignore emails and when they do eventually reply to the one they decide to it took weeks, probably so that I was out of the 30 day return policy. If I could score them a 0 I would!

This company is a scam, they ignore your emails, once they answer after two weeks it feels like talking to a bot. It takes another 2 weeks for this bot to respond and ignore your complaints.
The product description and video have nothing to do with the actual product, but this company doesn't care and won't return your money.
Absolutely waste of money. Be ware!

Never Received Item - No Communication

I ordered in the beginning of December. The item was stuck in Transit and the company never replied. Good thing I used Paypal so I can escalate with them because the company stopped replying to my messages. Also glad reading the product reviews. I'm not missing out!

DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR REMOVAL KIT, I RECEIVED MINE ON 17/12/2019 I CHARGED IT FOR 6 HOURS THEN WENT TO FIT THE MICROFOIL HEAD AND THIS PART LITERALLY FELL APART INTO 3 PIECES.I HAVE EMAILED THIS COMPANY AT LEAST 15 TIMES AND ALSO SENT PICTURES OF THE BROKEN PART,GUESS WHAT?NEVER HAD AN EMAIL SENT BACK TO ME.I AM SO ANGRY BUT I DO NOT INTEND TO LEAVE IT THERE THEY CANNOT GET AWAY WITH THIS.

Ordered the finishing touch sensa light razor. IT DOES NOTHING except make a razor like noise. wasted my money I wish I read the reviews on here before making the order. Everything on Swablue is a dupe that doesn’t work.

Complete scam company. I ordered two stainless steel dog collars. Recieved two cheap plastic costume necklaces that broke when I opened the package. No way of contacting them. They came from China not even worth a penny and I paid 31.13.

SCAM SITE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I bought their GentleGlide™ Hair Removal Kit. It took 3 weeks to deliver. Their refund policy is only within 30 days. Mind you, if you have a busy schedule, good luck getting your money back.

The shaver arrived. The box didn't have a sticker seal, so it has been opened already. Used?? GROSS.
Charged. Attempted to turn on, doesn't work. Can't even remove the top to replace it with whatever extra plastic they give you.
I am extremely unhappy and disgusted.

DO NOT BUY.

PS. They don't publish actual reviews on their site. Surprise, surprise. I was fooled by it. Don't let it happen to you.

The way their policy is set up and their delayed response time of 2 weeks...is to scam you out of your money. It's skewed in favor of seller. I hated this experience.

Product didn't arrive scammers when questioned no reply and I was redirected to something where my security picked up a phishing site Do Not Deal with this company want my money back!

I should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered several items for Christmas gift and haven't received them all yet. They are arriving a few items at a time after maybe seven weeks. Some items are written in chinese, there is no English translation so I have to check what I had ordered and then find out how to use them. I am not very happy with the quality of Neck hammock and multifunctional hook strap. Although the other items are not bad, but please compare the price in other websites as Swablue is overpriced for most of the items that I had ordered. Another thing is, I called them for the refund, the answering machine answers the call and for the selection of options, machine says invalid entry so you cannot talk to anyone. I don't think the phone number listed is for customers service. They have 30 days return policy but if you get your items delivered after maybe 40 days or later, then how can you return them. So be careful before you make a decision to buy anything from swablue store.

My hair remover arrived quickly and works very well!
Not sure why the reviews here are so terrible, I was worried that it wasn't going to come when I read the reviews after I purchased it.
Even though I did not get a reply from their customer service,
I got the product and it works as advertised.

Oh dear.. I wish I had read these reviews before spending a sh$t load of money on a product, which I have yet to receive... 7 weeks after I placed the order. I should have known. I also thought the product was coming from the States, but see it was shipped from China. I doubt I'll ever receive the product and I doubt they'd even refund my money. What a pain in the backside. Is nothing legit anymore :(
